Enjoy the ultimate urban experience in this conveniently located Condo close to the heart of Victoria's world renowned Inner Harbour. Victoria's Premier tourist attractions, the Parliament Buildings, the Royal British Columbia Museum, Beacon Hill Park, the Royal Theatre, the Fairmont Empress Hotel and the best restaurants and shops all a short walk away in a 1-3 block radius.
The Inner Harbour is home to fascinating street entertainment, whale watching and sailing tours and Victoria's famous harbour ferries, or as the locals call them, Pickle Boats. Victoria has a vibrant food scene where local farms, orchards, fishermen and vineyards supply the best raw material and inspiration. Whatever your dining pleasure you will find a restaurant or pub to fit the bill steps from the Astoria building. The sports enthusiast will enjoy running through Beacon Hill Park, kayaking or paddle boarding the inner harbour and gorge waterway and cycling along the Galloping Goose Trail.
Furnished with comfort and practicality in mind, this spacious and contemporary One Bedroom Suite with Den includes local telephone, wireless internet and a generous HDTV Cable Package offered on a Smart TV so you can access your Netflix account. The master bedroom has a Queen Size bed, lovely floor-to-ceiling windows and ample storage. The den includes a convenient workspace plus a pull-down bed for a third guest.
Make yourself at home in the Fully Equipped Modern Kitchen where all you need is on hand to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, plus many extras. The Suite is NW facing with views of a landscaped open area, Chateau Victoria, Victoria Mariott, Inner Harbour, Victoria Tool Library and St. Andrew's Church.
A Washer and Dryer are conveniently located in a separate cupboard in the passage. Luxurious towels, starter amounts of soaps and shampoo are provided for your soak in a deep tub or refreshing shower.
To save you time, the following amenities are provided to get you started in the first days after your arrival: paper products (including paper towels and toilet paper), bags for waste, hand soaps, shampoo and body wash, dish and laundry soap, salt and pepper.
Located on the 6th floor of the upscale Astoria building with a dedicated underground parking space and bike rack, fully equipped gym, and games/meeting room with a large pool table. The Astoria manager lives on site and all entrances are secure, with video surveillance and controlled access to each floor.
We will be on hand to provide the highest quality of service throughout your stay. We love what we do, and a big part of that is ensuring that you have the best âhome away from homeâ experience ever. Everything that you need has been thought of; you need only bring your suitcase.

You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in starts at 4 pm P.S.T.
GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'8" (2.03 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.
Each Astoria unit has a bike rack at the back of it's parking spot, with room for two or three bikes. Your own cable and lock are required. Please advise our Representative if you are bringing bikes. You may also rent bikes while you are here. Many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.
Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
