In "Mahana 507" YOU WILL BE STUNNED BY THE VIEW WHEN YOU WALK INTO THIS OCEANFRONT AND BEACHFRONT CONDO. Our condo is located on Kaanapali Beach. We are on the 5th floor (Unit 507), which we consider the perfect height for watching whales and experiencing the stunning sunsets.
The floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall window in the living room brings you closer to the ocean than any other resort on Maui. So you can enjoy the views from the comfort of your living room or from the lanai while enjoying the fresh ocean air.

Mahana 507 is remodeled with a fully stocked kitchen so cook yourselves a nice meal!

This is a stunning place to stay! The patio has the most incredible view and the condo was spotless. The host was super helpful and responsive. This home is close to many amenities and big beaches. Highly recommend!

Perfect vacation home

This rental made my experience in Maui even better. It felt like home for the few days we were there and was in such an amazing location. The host was a great communicator and all details in the listing were accurate! I would 100% stay there again and recommend to anyone looking!

Amazing Experience

From the booking to the check-out, the process was smooth and easy. The condo is very clean, with everything your could possibly need and the views are AMAZING! It was great to wake up to the waves and those views everyday. There were plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance and the boardwalk was so fun to stroll on each day. We will definitely go back!

We had an amazing stay. Booking was easy, checking in was simple. The condo has amazing views right on the ocean front. We had everything we needed, beach chairs, a small cooler! Bring binoculars!

Thank you for the review. We agree, the location is amazing with the floor to ceiling windows. This condo is perfect for watching sea life including the abundant whales during whale season. Patty stayed in November and she wrote a review in September the following year so I went back and looked at any issues that were raised. Patty only mentioned that the drawers in the fridge were not working. I checked them myself at the time of this review and they were working fine. At the time of Patty's stay which was in November, I asked her if she wanted us to send someone over but she said there was no need. We visit the islands at least every 6 months and work to keep everything in order and make upgrades along the way. The unit got new patio furniture in September 2020 and it will make your outdoor dining experience even better!

Spring Get Away

This is a beautiful property with a beautiful view. We grilled fresh fish almost every night on the immaculate grills by the pool. Met lots of great people who have stayed at many different places on the island and Mahana is by far their favorite. We agree!

Superb place to stay in Ka'anapali

This was the perfect spot for the two of us. We could walk to a nice beach and good restaurants, and it was a short drive to all the restaurants and shopping in Lahaina. And the view -- wow! The condo is well appointed and well stocked with the things we needed, which made it easy to move right in and start relaxing. We recommend it highly.

Wonderful destination on Maui

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your condo! It was fabulous!!! Being that close to the water makes it almost seem that you are actually on a private boat - it doesn’t get any better! Pool and spa were great too! Also love the location and proximity to Lahaina (great restaurants - celebrated our anniversary at Gerard’s - wonderful!). I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Great Vacation in Maui

We loved the condo and the views from the balcony and floor to ceiling windows in the living room are spectacular. You really are Oceanfront!!! Loved hearing the waves. Beach access was easy and the pool was very nice. We cooked many meals in the condo and the kitchen was well stocked. Will stay again on our next trip.

This unit was everything that was promised on the rental site. Very clean, well supplied with Kitchen items, spices etc. Bed was super comfortable, beach supplies were handy and used. Wonderful Beachfront Accomodations!!!

Julie was such a pleasure. Even when we didn't follow the payment instructions correctly, she was patient with walking us through payment methods. We truly enjoyed the incredible beach front location with sweeping ocean views from Lanai to Molokai, and the central location made it easy to get out for a quick snorkel or a bite to eat. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Can't get enough of that view!

Amazing condo, exactly as advertised, comfortable, clean, uncluttered, amazing views from both living room and bedroom. Easy walk to Duke's for dinner, nice pool and hot tub for relaxing after a busy day. Close parking. Concierge on site was an unexpected plus. Our every need was met. Awesome vacation spot!

We live in Northern California and have two children recently graduated from college.

For our honeymoon, Greg and I went to Maui on a small budget but managed to stay in an oceanfront condo. That trip was the beginning of our love for the island of Maui. We started to vacation exclusively on Maui with our children and we truly feel like it is heaven on earth. After many visits as vacation renters, we decided that we wanted our own "slice of paradise". Years later, we are fortunate enough to have 2 condos on Maui which we own and manage. We also manage 3 Maui condos that my parents own. It keeps us busy but we love it!

Mahana Resort:

The Mahana Resort is located next to world famous Kaanapali Beach on west Maui. Miles of open beach will provide you with endless snorkeling, strolling, and amazing sunsets. The units provide stunning oceanfront views which provide the best viewing of whales during the winter and nightly sunsets. The Mahana provides an upscale environment and is less than 50 feet from the ocean. The property has a oceanfront pool and hot tub and BBQ areas. The area right in front of the property has a grassy area with lounge chairs. During whale season you will enjoy the front row seats to watch these amazing creatures. For the rest of the year, you will see spinner dolphins and turtles. There is nothing that can describe the excitement when you see these animals.

The resort has tennis courts, pool, hot tub and BBQs. We especially love the BBQs located on the front of the property. Its so relaxing to sit out by the BBQ with the tiki lights going in the evening.

The Mahana is unique because of the floor to ceiling windows. The size of the condo is also larger than some of the units at other resorts.

The town of Lahaina is a 10 min drive away. Its a wonderful place to walk and look at the shops and get ice cream or snow cones.

Our condo is on the 5th floor. We especially like this as it is high enough to provide privacy and provide great views to watch whales. We can also see turtles from the living room and lanai.

There is a boardwalk that starts right next to the Mahana and goes all the way to Black Rock.
