Hello Pamela, Unfortunately this is a dishonest review. You did try to blackmail us twice threatening to leave a bad review if we collected on the damage from the security deposit, which we had to in order to pay for repairs. You also had people impersonating you in communications on your account and you had additional guests that were not on the reservations. You also damaged the property. When we came to check on the property after you left we could not even open the door as the lock had been forced so hard it was stuck. Furniture was shoved all around in different rooms and there were gouges in the floor. You also broke off a door stop and gouged the bathroom cabinets. There was also a weird brown substance on many tables and the curtains. We were able to clean the substance off the hard surfaces but it did not come off the curtains. The insurance company VRBO uses agreed to reimburse us after they saw all the pictures of the damages. Honestly, it looked as if there was some sort of heavy drinking going on in the house. In regards to my responsibilities as an owner, I have the same properties listed on AIRBNB with almost 350 5 star reviews. I am new to this platform which is why it is not listed here.
