We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and found the property well stocked and the location great—thank you so much for your kind words about our team as well! We are very sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay, but we’re happy we were able to remedy them quickly. We always do our best to respond promptly and make things right as soon as we are made aware of any concerns. We also sincerely apologize for any discomfort you felt regarding interactions with surrounding property owners. As with many complexes, there are a mix of permanent owners and short-term guests, and unfortunately that can sometimes lead to differing expectations. However, we never want any of our guests to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome in any way. We have already reported your concerns to the HOA, as this is not acceptable and we want all guests to be able to enjoy their stay with ease and comfort. Please know this is not a reflection of how the island community as a whole feels—we are always happy to welcome guests here.
