Welcome to Historic Court Square Apartment!!!!!

This beautifully renovated single bedroom apartment is located in historic "Uptown Roxboro" and is a modern, but cozy apartment located right near the courthouse and within walking distance to many stores, restaurants and pubs.

It boasts stainless steel appliances, walk-in tiled shower, washer and dryer, split wall units for heating and air (one in the living room area and one in the bedroom and are remote controlled) and a nice comfy queen bed. A drip coffee maker is provided, but you'll need to bring your own coffee. TVs are located in the living room area and in the bedroom. There is a flight of stairs to the apartment and pets are NOT allowed.

This charming apartment is located within walking distance to local restaurants, breweries and shopping. The Shoppes at Hall's Way offer numerous stores and there are shops located on Main Street that offer a quaint shopping excursion or take a short walk to the Person County Museum, library or catch a show at the Kirby Theatre.

If that's not your cup of tea, take advantage of a 'girls day' at the uptown salons which offer fantastic hair stylists, but also manicures, pedicures and facials. Also, during certain times of the year, Uptown Roxboro hosts many events to attend, such as, "Personality", Rox 'n' Roll Car shows (which are held throughout the summer), Jingle on Main in December and miscellaneous craft shows throughout the year.

It is a short drive to Tunnel Creek Vineyards, Rock of Ages Vineyards, Hyco Lake, Mayo Lake and is within 30-60 minutes of Durham, Chapel Hill, Oxford, South Boston, VA and Danville, VA. Come stay with us and see what Roxboro has to offer!
