For a perfect getaway you can enjoy your stay at our guesthouse in Dowagiac Michigan with a private heated POOL, which sits on 10 acres beautifully grounds surrounded by wooded land. The location is truly a year-round destination.
The space
Families and children are welcome
-4 bedrooms in a split-level home. On main level, there is a living room, kitchen and eating area. The second level has 2 bedrooms each with queen bed and 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds, one new bathroom. The lower level has a family room, new bathroom with washer and dryer, 1 bedroom with 2 full bunk bed and pull-out twin.
- the outdoor space is purely magical- private heated pool (open from May 20 – to end of September), fire-pit and seating, private driveway with plenty of parking.
Other things to note
Guests are expected to read & and be willing to honor House Rules.
This space is not listed for use of parties, gatherings or events, only booked guests can be there at any time.
Please, no outdoor noise after 10 pm so we can all respect the neighbors.
Guests may not sublet the listing or charge others for use of the listing or amenities during their stay.
No pets allowed.
Security cameras are posted at exterior entrance as well as one viewing the pool. These serve to protect both house guests and the owners. Recording is based on motion activation, and is not reviewed unless evidence of house rule violation or damage is present.
No smoking or vaping inside house.
