The ground level of this 4-story home opens with a screened-in alfresco dining and sitting area beside a covered deck. An outdoor shower, fish-cleaning station, and fenced pet area with a doggie door add convenience.

An elevator in the formal entryway whisks guests and luggage to the second level. Natural light and elegant decor, including a self-playing mini grand piano, welcome guests to the open great room. There are plenty of places to lounge—claim a recliner, grab a spot on the wraparound sofa in front of the TV, or get cozy in the seating area by the gas fireplace. In the evening, gather around the dual 6-seat dining tables for group meals, with 4 extra seats available at the breakfast bar.
