Details: Tree House is a unique 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom stilted home that sleeps 7 in the North Cape neighborhood of Cape San Blas—located on the Forgotten Coast. Nestled among age-old pines, this property is within walking distance of the beautiful sugar-white sand beaches. Reminiscent of old Florida, this pet-friendly home boasts a covered wraparound deck with Gulf views that is perfect for relaxing and playing with your dog.

Offering a unique experience with all the amenities necessary for a great Gulf vacation, the ground level of this 2-story stilted tree house provides on-site parking for 4 vehicles, room for a boat or other motorized toys, a fish cleaning station with a sink, and an enclosed shower to clean off before heading inside for a cozy evening. Overflowing with rustic charm, it's sure to be a fun experience for a small family or adventurous couple.

Stairs lead to an open living, dining, and kitchen with an L-shaped countertop that provides 4 additional seats. The adjacent dining table has seating for 4 and gorgeous views. A vibrant living area adorned with coastal décor, including a nautical ship wheel coffee table, provides comfortable seating for the whole family with a couch, small sofa, and armchair. Entertain guests with a movie night in the living room or step outside onto the covered wraparound deck with inspiring views of the Gulf. Relax in Adirondack chairs, dine alfresco, sway on the porch swing or nap in the hammock with the warm breeze. This level also includes a full laundry room with a sink.

A spiral staircase leads to an open loft with a twin-over-full bunk bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Both bedrooms are on this floor—1 primary bedroom and 1 guest bedroom—both with king-sized beds. Comfy!

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
