Our stay in Athens this past weekend was fantastic from start to finish. Allison was an outstanding host—responsive, thoughtful, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The property was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the area. Every detail felt well cared for, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.

Perfect spot, would stay here again.

This rental was perfect for visiting UGA with our daughter and her friend. Spotless, cozy, attention to detail, fun decor and close to campus and downtown. We felt like it was a brand new place and we were the 1st to rent because it was so clean. If we are ever back in Athens, this is where we will stay again.

This condo is definitely all things UGA! Tastefully decorated with everything you might need. We found the beds to be very comfy. The complex was quiet at this time of year and close to downtown and the stadium. The owner was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!
