Tile floors throughout the condo make for a nice and clean feel. The living room and master bedroom both offer views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico with sliding glass doors to the balcony. The living room has comfy leather couches, a ceiling fan for added comfort and a large screen TV. The open floor plan concept allows for plenty of space for the family to move around. The master bedroom has a King size bed, Roku smart TV with cable, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a slider to the balcony in addition to a Romeo and Juliet window that provides a view of the sugary sand beach of Indian Rocks Beach. The master bathroom has double sinks and a step-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds, a TV with cable and a ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom has 1 Queen bed, a Roku smart TV and a ceiling fan. No need to overpack there is a washer and dryer right in the condo. The fully appointed kitchen has plenty of counter space and full-size appliances including a dishwasher. FREE secure WiFi in this condo and 1 assigned under-building parking space, guest spaces are limited. The property is right on the Gulf of Mexico and has a large deck area with plenty of loungers, a heated pool, a hot tub, 3 gas grills, and a resurfaced (2019) tennis court. The building has two elevators and stairwells. Located in the perfect location to walk to many local favorite restaurants and shops or take the trolley that runs up and down the beach for $5 a day rides from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
