Nestled amid the lush Florida greenery in Santa Rosa Beach, this charming home is perfectly positioned for experiencing the best of 30A.
The house sits one block south of 30A itself and the famous Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile bike path that runs along this scenic stretch of coastline. You'll be a quick, one-block stroll from an access point to the beach, where you can lounge on sugar-white sands and swim in the sparkling Gulf of Mexico at the spot where it meets Eastern Lake.
This stilted home offers a ground-floor patio, where you can grill in the afternoons and relax for a while in the shade. Ascending a flight of exterior stairs, you'll be greeted by a covered deck and interior living space with central air conditioning and generous windows. Open and full of light, the main living area includes a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, space to dine at both a glass table and a breakfast bar, and a sitting room with two sofas and a TV with streaming capability. Each of the two bedrooms has its own TV as well.
