The home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is a one-floor home.

Upon entrance, the home has an open floor plan kitchen, living room, dining room, and a bedroom with two double beds. The bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in closet.

The kitchen has a wrap-around counter for high stool seats and is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and equipment (toaster, blender, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, pots/pants, Tupperware, kettle)

Looking further into the home, there is a kid's room that is space-themed, with a twin over full bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. Then, there is a laundry room + bathroom right next to the kid's room for usage.

The third bedroom is the master bedroom with a large king bed, ensuite bathroom with tv, shower, toilet, and walk-in closet.

1 bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed plus pull-out trundle.

All rooms include fresh white linens, luxurious mattresses, and hotel-quality pillows. They are sanitized and washed after every guest. Cleanliness is a priority in this home.

The garage includes a basketball hoop game and a pool table for some fun competition!

The lanai features a poolside kitchen with a BBQ grill, tons of seating, tanning chairs, and pool toys. The pool is heated. This is one of the most scenic views in the area!

The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and peaceful.
Other things to note
We charge guests $20 for using the BBQ.
$30 for small pets, and $50 for large pets.

1 front door ring camera
2 active cameras in the pool area. However, they are pointed upwards to the sky and not at the pool, to maintain privacy for our guests.
