We chose this rental to be close to our son and it was just the right place. So close to everything and everywhere we visited. The neighborhood was lovely, safe and convenient. Our host was friendly and communicated well. We look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful Place!

My wife and I had such a wonderful stay! Helen’s place is beautiful and clean, and she is so accommodating! My wife and I had a flight later in the day, and Helen let us check out later in the day, it made our life so much easier!

Excellent Stay

Quiet nice neighborhood. Parking at property. Very clean, neat, organized. Host provides amenities of home including snacks, drinks, a keurig coffee machine, mini fridge and freezer, and microwave. The fridge was stocked with water and breakfast items. The bed was comfortable and plenty of clean towels. The bathroom is good sized with a shower. Excellent communication with the host throughout the stay.

Great place to stay!!

We cannot say enough about how much we loved this place!! It was immaculate and in a great location. It had everything we needed. But is was all the little personal touches that Helen included that made our stay so wonderful. She is a great host and we will DEFINITELY be back again.

Wish I could have stayed longer!

Lovely property - extraordinary host

My stay at the Cozy Oasis by the Sea was, well, perfect. Helen thought of everything to create the most welcoming environment, right down to her homemade chocolate chip muffins😋. Having a bike available allowed me to access the beach and Lake Worth area without having to worry about parking. The property is lovely, both inside and out. It was truly a 5-star experience!

Helen and her Guest house were amazing. Just what i was looking for! A comfortable and clean place. Moreover, Helen made it more cozy with her Hospitality and her kindness. Small space, sufficient for the trip. The host had a car park in driveway made it difficult to get to the door. Definitely do hear the host and their family since the space is attached to home. To many rules for it to be a vacation spot. Host was friendly.

Perfect host and location

Cozy Oasis by the sea lives up to its name! Helen is a very attentive host! Easy check in and check out process. Room attached to the back of the house but very private. Has everything you would need including a full size washer and dryer. Bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of snacks provided, water and little bottle of wine. Parking in front of house and street very private and quiet, house close to the end of a dead end street so feels very safe.

Just what we needed

Cozy oasis was just what my friend and I needed! Helen was amazing from start to end! She made us feel welcome! Helen thought of literally everything from suppling commonly forgotten toiletries to beach chairs (a cooler!) and even bicycles! The unit is attached to the main house and at times we could her people in the kitchen, but since it was just my friend and I, we literally only needed a safe place to sleep we did not mind the proximity. For a quick two night stay I would definitely stay again! Thanks again Helen!!

Misleading description

We left days early. Very uncomfortable. A single person or couple might enjoy this room & bath attached to the back of a house in a convenient part of Lake Worth's historic district. The owner provided fresh fruit & snacks when we arrived, 2 wrapped bagels (for the week), and free use of two old but serviceable bicycles. If you don't mind being monitored (literally!) many, many rules (don't open and shut the door too often; no microwave popcorn, etc) hearing early-morning sounds from the attached kitchen, -- but want a reasonably-priced attractive place to spend a few nights, this could be just fine. If nothing else, you'll have stories to tell. Read the fine print! Large or tall people, -- it has a double bed w/ strange twin trundle pop-up. Dollhouse size table. We ate perched on our small bed. There is NO view overlooking the bay --a peek of the bay is seen only from the owner's own small front porch. During our stay, that end of the street was wholly blocked with 24 hour construction vehicles so we couldn't even walk near. We objected that bay-view photos sent just before our arrival were very misleading, as was the listing itself, calling this a "one bedroom apartment" "cottage" or studio (with no kitchen sink or stove.) Expect arguments and excuses. I think owner means well, but needs to upgrade or at least be honest about deficits. We fled, paying twice to escape our discomfort. Sadly, we can't recommend, & won't return.

I love the outdoors, dining and visiting local beaches in unique little towns. I am also "Yaya" to my precious grandchildren, who sometimes visit me here at the Cozy Oasis by the Sea.

This historic tiny cottage is located in a quaint little, artsy beach town known as Lake Worth Beach. The cottage is near two public beaches (Lantana Beach--about 2 miles from the cottage & Lake Worth Beach--about 3 miles from the cottage), and there is plenty to experience while on vacation or working remotely. Cozy Oasis by the Sea offers you a little oasis for you to relax and unwind from all the hustle and bustle from everyday life. Enjoy spending time outdoors lounging on the patio or cruising on our bikes downtown or to the beach.

Guests will be staying in the Guest Suite, a private studio that is attached to the back of our cottage. The Guest Suite is private; however, the Host and family may be heard during your stay. Your Guest Suite will have a variety of complimentary breakfast items in the mini fridge and on the coffee cart and dining table. The breakfast selection is "limited" for stays of one week or less and may consist of pastries from a local bakery or homemade goods, yogurt, instant oatmeal, cheese, and energy/granola bars. A selection of specialty coffees and teas is available during your entire stay. Enjoy your breakfast lounging on the patio or watching the sunrise on the intracoastal from our front porch.
