Fantastic location, South Boston, First-floor two-bedroom and one bath condo with garden level backyard. Next to the Broadway Station ("T" subway, accessible to North End, South Station), famous Newbury Street, Seaport, and Hospitals. Lots of light. Great place for a staycation, business groups, and conference attendees. Access to a beautiful Private backyard, BBQ, and outdoor fireplace. Walking distance to Bars, Restaurants, Retail stores, grocery/pharmacies, and the beach is 10 blocks away.

This two-level two-bedroom has a queen-size air mattress that can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The entire condo and Private backyard are accessible to guests. Keep in mind the end of the shed outside is the property line for the backyard. Use the back door as the entry point of the unit.

The neighborhood is very safe and walk-friendly. PLenty of dining and bars around the area.

Broadway is only a 5 min walk and they have metered parking with train access near by

1. Please don't use the front door entry. Entry only via the back door.
2. No laundry on-site - The units off the main entrance do not belong to our unit, DO NOT USE. Maytag Homestyle Laundromat Boston - 143 Dorchester Ave South Boston has a laundry for use.
3. Parking is FREE on Old Colony avenue right across the street and on Dorchester Ave all days of the week (except when street cleaning is noted on street signs). On weekends, parking is also FREE on our street
4. The Air Units have remotes on the walls, and we should make it clear they only should use four buttons to avoid it getting all messed up
- Power button for on/off
- Mode button to change from Fan, Cool, Auto, Heat
- Up/Down button for temperature
- Up/Down button for the strength of air
5. The TV can be totally controlled with one remote.
- HBO max account is signed in, and they can feel free to sign into their accounts on other apps
- The grill and fire pit in the backyard are ours, and they are free to use (propane tanks are hooked up)
- The "yard limit" is the edge of the shed
- Note, please store the grill in the shed in the winter (and note this for guests)
6. We ask that every guest clean the kitchen and kitchen utensils after use.
7. Remove trash from the kitchen bins and take it outside to the bins located on the left of the property.
8. Keep your personal space clean. If you use extra towels, clean them and put them back before leaving.
9. Do not repair anything in the unit. Always call maintenance.
10. If damage occurs, please notify maintenance right away.
11. All items in the house must be left at home. If you take any items within the house, you will be charged for replacing those times.
12. Guest must provide ID verification for all guests on site if asked by the host
13. No pets allowed - if you violate this policy guest is to pay all cleaning fees and disposal of beds and linens fees and purchase new beds and linens
