Tropical Paradise in Hollywood FL

Sorry to hear that our house wasn't good enough for Stuart who seemed very unhappy, upset and not friendly at all from the minute we opened the door to let him in and on another side his wife and lovely 3 young daughters were very friendly and very excited about our place. We are not really sure from where Stuart came up with an idea that we insisted on meeting him and his family at check in and why he thinks it's odd. We always trying our best to meet all our guests in person to show around the house and answer any questions our guests might have and everyone so far was very appreciative for that. Our house has a great location, east of Federal highway, only couple of minutes drive or 10 minutes walk to downtown Hollywood and 5 minutes drive to the famous Hollywood Beach and boardwalk. Because we were meeting Stuart and his family in person we did a walk through after our cleaning team and we made sure that everything was clean and neat. We are non smoking people and this is our house and we are very strict about our house rules and one of the 1st rules we have no Smoking at any time inside the house, so again not really sure what trigger Stuart to be so untruthful in his statements. Actually Stuart never checked out any earlier as he referring, we do have a front yard, driveway camera and we can confirm that. Also Stuart never contacted us about any issues he had and again another untruthful statement. All our guests so far accept Stuart really liked and enjoyed their stay at our house and some of them already making plans to visit S Florida and stay again at our place. We wish to Stuart all the best and hopefully he will be much happier next time at someone else's home. Best regards Igor
