Cute Lewes beach house, new carpet in all 3 bedrooms, and laminate throughout rest of house.
New paint and brand new A/C and heater just installed. Everything is easy and fresh for your relaxation!
Enjoy the screened in back porch, often visited by deer drinking from the bird bath in yard. Perfect for quiet breakfast or breezy dinner. Gliding rocker on the porch is great for reading.
You can walk to downtown for shopping and dining after your day on the beach. 5 minute car ride to the beaches. Bayside is great for smaller kids or the ocean for big kids. The Lewes-Georgetown bike trail is at the end of the block that goes to Cape Henlopen state park continue to ride to Rehoboth Beach.
Walk 2 blocks to the Lewes library. Enjoy morning coffee and fresh bakery at end of the street at the Station on Kings .

This place was perfect size and location for our family of 5 for beach, bike weekend. I would highly recommend it. You need a mode of transportation to get to the beach but Lewes Beach has plenty of places to park and enjoy.

Lovely Lewes Rental

My husband and I stayed at this property for a few nights. It was perfectly located next to paved bike trails and one of the best coffee cafe’s in Lewes: Station on Kings. Short drive to the beach and to delicious restaurants. Property was very clean. The owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating.

Cozy beach home

We've been coming to Lewes beach every year and this beach home has been our favorite so far! The place is very clean with lots of useful amenities. The location is convenient and a short drive away from beaches, parks, grocery stores, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We appreciated the quick & responsive communication with the host - he was very kind and gave wonderful recommendations. Looking forward to another future stay at this lovely home.

My husband and I really enjoyed the house and its location in a quiet residential neighborhood about a mile from the village. We walked into the village one day but mostly took our car; the beach we like at Henlopen State Park is an easy drive under ten minutes. We could also walk over to the walking/bicycle trail which goes through Lewes to Henlopen, or we could walk to King’s Station, a terrific coffee and pastry cafe. The house itself has a lovely private yard, and we loved relaxing on the screened porch. All rooms are spotless; the kitchen is well-stocked. Everything just seemed designed for comfort—great bed, living room, nice updated bathrooms. Really every detail seemed well planned, and Eric was a great host, always accessible and communicative.

Wonderful stay in Lewes!

We loved Eric and Richelle's house - spotlessly clean and very comfortable. They have every detail covered so that you truly feel like you are staying in a home and not just a house. It has to be the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed at, with anything you could possibly need in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Very comfortable beds which is not always the case. I spent most of my time at the house on the lovely screened porch, when we weren't enjoying Lewes, Rehoboth and Cape May. We hope to return to the house someday soon!

Perfect getaway home

This a lovely home. Perfect for our family beach getaway. I can say without any hesitation that this was the cleanest and most well cared for home rental we have ever stayed at. It was wonderfully kid safe for our 5 and 2 year olds. We were able to let them play without fearing that they were going hurt themselves or be destructive. Since it was so clean we didn't have any concerns for our 3 month old. The owners had some very thoughtful touches such as coloring books and crayons for the kids. We really could not have expected any more from a rental.

Convenient location, clean house, and great hosts

The property is in very good shape and I believe that it was recently remodeled. The house was very clean when we got there, and it has everything you could possibly expect for a beach house. The house was big enough for a family of 6 that includes a teenager, a 4 year old, 6 year old, and a 7 month old baby. Beds were very comfortable and master room was very spacious which is always a plus. The house's location is also a plus as it took us about 5 minutes to get to/from Lewes beach, 7-8 minutes to Cape Henlopen and the ferry, and about 15 minutes to Rehoboth beach/Funland. It is also walking distance to a breakfast/lunch spot (The Station) and if you really like to walk, there are a couple of decent restaurants (Chinese food/pizza) that are about half a mile away. The nicer restaurants in Lewes are about 1 mile away and there's an ice cream place on Second Street that is worth checking out.

Bright and airy! The back screened in porch is exactly what you want for breakfast, after the beach or anytime. The quiet circle with no thru traffic is ideal for kids and bicyclists. Speaking of bicycles, the Lewes-Georgetown bike trail runs right past the entry to the Beach Plum Drive circle which runs to Cape Henelopen State Park.
