Hi Jenny, I am sorry for the experience you had at the home. As we mentioned during the stay, we were happy to refund your for the state of the pool upon arrival and were glad to get someone out to clean it for your party. Concerning the "mold" at the home. We feel that it is important to state that there is no mold at the home and there was not during this guest's stay. We communicated with the guest throughout the stay. We asked a number of teams to come by to address any issue and each team confirmed there was no mold in the house. We encourage future guests to consider the overwhelming number of positive reviews that our guests have given our home.
