Great House!
Was an amazing place to stay, large house with pool, hot tub and a guest house. Only complaint is that the property manager sent over maintenance people (pool cleaner, someone to fix appliances) without contacting in advance to let us know.

Rosemary Stay
We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is spacious and works well for a large group. Our teenagers enjoyed the private apartment over the garage. The pool and hot tub are great amenities. However, we had trouble with the hot tub control. We had a great time at this location.

Family vacation
Our family all came together for vacation. It was the first time the cousins had all been together. They loved the pool! Whenever i had a question the management was quick to respond and solve our problem. We’ve stayed all over Rosemary Beach in our last 20 years of vacationing there but I think we’ve found our favorite spot!

Memorable Memorial Weekend
We do a yearly memorial weekend trip to Rosemary Beach. This was the first time we were able to secure a place with a private pool. We had a great time at our stay and loved the location. My only critique would be the communication upon check in. It wasn’t clear at first how to work the spa and pool heater or where the RFID cards were located for the beach and the pools. Otherwise, we had an amazing trip and will try to book this place again in the future.

Family getaway
We enjoyed the house. It is showing some wear but everything functioned as it should. It could use a replacement of some of the cookware. We had to buy a few items that were missing which we donated to the house. Once they came and cleaned the pool it was great for the younger part of our group. It had stormed the day we arrived so it was full of yard debris.

Beautiful Stay!
This property was in such a great location! We really enjoyed the house and everything was clean and we had all the amenities we needed. The pool/spa heater is really confusing to operate, the included directions could be better but the host was very responsive and helped us get it all working quickly! There is also a noise monitor located in the home that will send a text if it detects your noise levels are too high. We got this message a few times during our stay, but with 11 people in one room at dinner it can be easy for voices to get loud when we try and talk over one another! I understand the need though and luckily the home is only close to one neighbor on the other side of the pool so I don’t think we disturbed anyone!

The house is very comfortable. We had a few minor issues during our stay that were eventually somewhat reconciled during our stay, including replacing a TV that was not working. WiFi was very spotty, and barely reaches the Carriage House for streaming etc. It was brought to our attention that they were going through some transitions which helped explain a bit, but we never had a functioning dishwasher which is not the end of the world, but a bit inconvenient. Also, the kitchen is very minimally equipped if you plan on cooking for a group. All in all, we always enjoy our stay in Rosemary and this trip was no different. But we may look for a different house next time.

Fun weekend, house needs a little work
Overall we had a fantastic time in Rosemary. The house is gorgeous it just needs a little work. The shades in the front right bathroom are torn, our access keys didn't work the entire time we were there and the guards on the beach were not friendly about it even though we had reserved chairs for the entire week, hardly any of the remotes for the tvs could be found and when found they none of them had batteries, the right sink in the master bathroom clogs and is unusable, the pool and hottub were freezing the entire trip and finally when we were checking out they were suddenly heated. My husband was cooking breakfast one morning by himself listening to music and the alerts were going off that our noise was too high. It really wasn't. It was just him. Its a great house and we did have a wonderful time it just needs a little work.

Staying on the backside of Rosemary Beach
We love visiting Rosemary Beach every chance we can go. You really can't go wrong with where you stay in the area.
This year, we chose a home located on the back side of the property for the privacy and pool. The Carriage House was included which is nice so that we didn't have to worry about sharing the pool with anyone else. Again, total privacy. There was plenty of space for my family of 5 of different ages. The main house is one story with a central gathering area between the primary side and secondary bedrooms side. The kitchen has everything you need plus extras. The shower in the primary bath with the rain head was the best we have ever used.
The only negative is this house should include bikes. Most of the Rosemary Beach rental homes include them and this home, out of all of them, would benefit the most since it's located farthest from the beach, shops and restaurants.

Broken hot tub and no sense of urgency to get it fixed
I stayed at this property over a long weekend, and unfortunately, the host failed to resolve an issue with the hot tub. I repeatedly reached out via the messaging platform to report that the hot tub wasn’t working, and the remote control needed to adjust the heat wasn’t connecting to the system. I specifically chose this house for the hot tub, knowing the pool and ocean might be too cold in February. When the host finally responded, I was told the pool technician had been alerted, but no timeline was provided for the repair. Later, I was informed that a part needed to be replaced, but the technician didn’t have it on hand and would try to find one. However, I never received an update on whether or when this would be resolved.The host also mentioned escalating the issue to their resolutions team, and that I would hear from Unwind Luxury Vacations within 48 hours. It’s now been over three days, and despite asking three times to be connected directly, I have yet to receive any contact or updates.This is extremely disappointing. I understand that things break, but when an issue is reported on Thursday and remains unresolved by Sunday – with little communication unless prompted by me – that’s unacceptable.

**TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - AVOID AT ALL COST - MOLD**
We spend at least a week in this area of Florida every year for the past 10 years and this was hands down, the worst experience I have had on 30a and with this host.
* the pool/hot tub were green, disgusting, and the pool pump was off and looked like it had been off for at least a week.
* all of the shower curtains were covered with mildew. In my sons words "what are the little black dots all over the inside of my shower?"
* MOLD GROWING THROUGH THE BEDROOM CEILING/WALL
*all of the patio furniture was covered in mildew stains. I wish they had put together the full patio set that, according to the packing label on the box, had been in the garage for almost 6 months.
Within 2 hours of checking in for our 7 day stay we had documented the issues and tried reaching out to the property manager who insisted that they "didnt offer refunds due to cleanliness" (ignore the fact that they have a several hundred $ cleaning fee added). I informed them that my daughter has asthma and I cant let my kids sleep here and was told they would have someone out in a day or two to resolve the issues.
The next day we received a message that all of the issues had been resolved and went to investigate. The pool was turned on and they slapped a coat of pain over the mildew, but you could still see it.
I sent pictures to VRBO customer care and they have escalated it to their HEALTH AND SAFETY DEPARTMENT and still no refund
Avoid this house and ANY property associated with Unwind Luxury Vacations

As we mentioned during the stay, we were happy to refund your for the state of the pool upon arrival and were glad to get someone out to clean it for your party. Concerning the "mold" at the home. We feel that it is important to state that there is no mold at the home and there was not during this guest's stay. We communicated with the guest throughout the stay. We asked a number of teams to come by to address any issue and each team confirmed there was no mold in the house. We encourage future guests to consider the overwhelming number of positive reviews that our guests have given our home.
