Inside the Home
Enter the front door, and walk into an open floor plan featuring a cozy living area with two large couches and a 65" wall-mounted TV. Soaring 9’ ceilings make the space feel even bigger. Dine at a table for four, set beneath an arc lamp and next to a window overlooking the side yard. The fully stocked modern kitchen includes everything you need to cook, plus a drip coffee maker with complimentary grounds.

Step out onto the back deck with two zero-gravity chairs, which are perfect for relaxing. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious full bathroom with double sinks. You can access the bathroom from the main hallway or directly from the large king bedroom, which includes two long closets, a ceiling fan, and a luxurious bed.

The third floor has a bright, airy bedroom with two twin beds, skylight, ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet. The garage-level basement includes a new washer and dryer and offers another way to enter the home through the garage.

What’s Not Included
Please bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and any personal items you’ll need.
We provide a Pack 'n Play-style crib, but no other baby gear (e.g., high chairs, gates). A dog gate is included, but it’s not designed for toddlers or staircase safety.

Guest Access
Enjoy three off-street parking spots: two in the driveway and one in the garage. The home is located in Mount Washington, a walkable and safe neighborhood with restaurants, bars, a bakery, coffee shop, ice cream parlor, and grocery store just steps away.

You're a 5-minute walk to the Grandview Overlooks and the Monongahela Incline, which connects to the trolley for easy rides into downtown and beyond. By car, it’s just 8–10 minutes to downtown Pittsburgh and the North Shore, home to Acrisure Stadium, PNC Park, the casino, and Carnegie Science Center.

You can check yourself in using the front door or garage keypad. I’ll send your access code a couple of days before your arrival.
