The unit was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The view was spectacular. We were close to many great restaurants (Dallas Farmer's Market, Exchange Food Hall) and museums (Holocaust Museum, Sixth Floor Museum). Walking to the Convention Center was a breeze!

Poorly maintained.
One of the kitchen chairs was broken and most of the lights bulbs were burned out. It was very clean and has a great view. Marijuana is legal so expect an almost constant smell.

Everything was ok. Clean. Good location. Only one elevator was a nightmare on a busy weekend. Had to take stairs from a high floor after waiting 15 minutes (no exaggeration, there were at least 10 of us standing there) for an elevator that was completely full every time the doors opened. Pay attention to locking the door. I had an incident that the property manager completely ignored!! They actually never responded to my email at all. Also the cleaning staff walked in on me at 10 am. Never knocked. Just opened the door an hour before checkout. Other than that, everything was as pictured. I was asked to complete many forms and questionnaires, but when it was time for me to express my concerns, I got absolutely nothing from the hosts. Overall it was still a nice stay!! Host/ property manager/ staff needs improvement.

Perfect for groups
If you were looking for a spacious perfectly located apartment, this is the place for you. There were a ton of us that stayed in this apartment. There were quite a few things that made me feel good about our choice.
A few things to keep in mind
1. Always stay in a group when walking anywhere in this area. It is a major city, so there are things that you have to be aware of.
2. The elevator in the middle, was the only one that worked consistently. The other two were apparently there for decoration. So please give yourself an extra 10 minutes to get in and out of the building. The valet also needs a little extra time to get your car in and out.
3. The closeness to the convention center, made this the more affordable option. With that said, I thought that the property would be just OK. It definitely was better than I thought it would be!
4. Bring ice! Two ice cube trays for 10 people was not enough.
5. Water pressure was lacking for sure. So just be patient.
6. It did smell of weed a lot.
All in all, it was one of my favorite properties I have stayed in and would return if we had another convention!
