Located on the 8th floor, the loft-style space features an industrial-chic design with exposed brick, sleek finishes, and incredible city skyline and pool views.



Start your day right with a FREE daily breakfast and coffee from our onsite restaurant, TalkinSpoon! All guests enjoy one complimentary breakfast item and a 12 oz coffee each morning of their stay.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire apartment. You are also welcome to use all of the building's shared amenities. Please be mindful of the operating hours for shared spaces:



• Swimming Pool: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The pool is closed on Mondays for routine maintenance.

• Indoor Gym: Located on the 1st level and open 24/7 for your convenience.

• Game, Art & Music Rooms: Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. These rooms are closed on weekends.

• Cinema Room: Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please bring your own DVDs to use this facility.

• Pre-Check-In Required: You must complete our mandatory pre-check-in form to receive your access codes and digital guide. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card and released within 3 days after a successful checkout.

• Check-In/Out Times: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please inquire in advance.

• Mail & Packages: We cannot accept mail or packages for guests unless pre-approved by management.

• Family Amenities: A Pack 'n play or one air mattress is available upon request. A second air mattress can be provided for an additional fee of $35 per night.

• Amplified Sound: The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Vehicles & Parking: Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) not permitted unless actively loading/unloading

• Off-street parking: 1 space included; additional parking may be requested

• Property Disclosures: The apartment's decor and furniture may vary slightly from the photos. No refunds will be issued for planned or unplanned closures of building amenities (e.g., pool, gym).

• Guest Support: For any questions during your stay, please contact us directly. Building staff are not equipped to assist with your Airbnb reservation.
