Als Gast des Beaver Lake Get-A-Way (auf der unteren Ebene unseres Hauses) erleben Sie eine private und entspannende Atmosphäre. Ihr eigener privater Eingang, Billardtisch und atemberaubende Aussicht von Ihrem Deck wird Ihren Aufenthalt verbessern. Wir werden alles tun, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie hier in den Ozarks ein wunderbares Urlaubserlebnis haben!

Beaver Lake Get-A-Way schläft 4-7. King-Size-Bett und TV in einem privaten Schlafzimmer und ein zweites Doppelbett ist versteckt in der Halle mit Privatsphäre Vorhang. Es gibt ein Doppelbett mit Tempurpedic Matratze, auch ein Futon für Kinder oder Jugendliche und es ist privat neben dem Badezimmer, aber in Kombination mit der Waschküche. Sie verfügen über ein komplettes Bad und eine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Induktionskochfeld und Kühlschrank. Kabel-TV und WLAN-Internetzugang für Ihren Laptop halten Sie mit der Außenwelt verbunden.

Beaver Lake Get-A-Way ist nur wenige Gehminuten (ca. 1 Meile) zum Prairie Creek Marina mit einem Bootsstart, Restaurant, Live-Köder und Schwimmen. Bootsverleih ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Das nördliche Ende des Beaver Lake ist bekannt für gutes Wasser und gute Bootstouren. Bringen Sie Ihr Bassboot, Skiboot oder Ihr persönliches Wasserfahrzeug und sehen Sie, was für ein wunderbarer See es ist.

Es gibt keine günstigere Lage, wenn Sie die mehr als 28.000 Hektar Süßwasser und 487 Meilen Küste, die der Beaver Lake bietet, nutzen möchten. Angeln und Wassersport werden nicht besser. Neben Beaver Lake Aktivitäten, gibt es Golf (innerhalb von 1 km), Wandern, Mountainbiken, Bürgerkriegsgeschichte, gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. good location

We needed a place to stay for War Eagle and this was a perfect location to not only that, but Rogers, Springdale, and many other towns that also have fairs the same time as War Eagle. The location is beautiful with plenty of space for our party of 4.

The 2 cooking burners are induction cooking with full set of pans—-it’s not just a plate warmer, but if you aren’t familiar with that type you may have not gotten the full use out of them. Beautiful location at the lake

The owners were extremely accommodating for our family lake/fishing trip & last minute birthday party for my mother who was staying at the campgrounds in their RV. The location was perfect for our fishing trip and close to the marina for easy access to the boat slip we rented during our stay. The apartment was very clean, everything you need in a home away from home with plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids(17&7). We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

We Will Definitely Be Back!

This is an amazing rental. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the daily morning visits from the local deer and the beautiful backdrop. The owner checked on us the evening we arrived to make sure everything was to our liking. We will definitely return next year.

Everything fell into place. Very nicely decorated, well equipped. The apartment faces the lake with many large windows. A sliding door provides simple access to the deck. We’re ready to book again!

Perfect Retreat with special touches!

We can't say enough about our extended weekend at Beaver Lake Get-a-Way! The owners did an excellent job of communicating with us prior to our arrival and continued to do so throughout the stay. We felt right at home when we arrived as the apartment had a feel of a lake oasis with warm touches that just instantly made us excited about our next few days. The view is just what we were looking for where we could see a panoramic view of Beaver Lake, especially since it was our first time to the area. The location is also ideal as you're right off of a main road and an easy walk to the Marina. Although we explored the full area, we found ourselves just wanting to head back to the apartment as it was that perfect for our family of four. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we can't wait to return!

BOTTOM of house unit...not in description

We were VERY surprised when we arrived at the VRBO and saw that we were the bottom floor of a 3 story house. As soon as we got inside, I rechecked the listing. It is only mentioned in the section about the owners. I think it should be mentioned somewhere at the top of the description. Some people have no issue with this. We had a couple of problems. (1) we could hear whenever they walked, talked, had the tv on overhead. (2) we found out that the AC/heat was controlled for both the top and bottom floors by the same unit. So if we were cold, we had to call and ask for it to be raised. Eventually we were given a key to the locked thermostat with the statement that we would be “controlling the temperature for both units” and that “no one has ever asked for that.” (I find that hard to believe.) These are the only two issues we had. The unit has everything you need. The bed was sooo comfortable. While there is not a full kitchen, you do have a lot of equipment to cook or reheat food. The place is decorated so nicely! It feels higher end. The pool table is fun. The deck is big with an included propane heater. There is “extreme cornhole” to play in the yard. The view from the lake was nice although pretty far off. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Denise, I am hurt & quite frankly very upset that you would accuse me of lying. I have NEVER had anyone ask me for the key to unlock the the box. We have been in business for 12 years. If anyone wants it turned dwn or up we do it. I always check within an hour of arrival to make sure everything is ok & ask about the temp. You are welcome to check all my reviews if you don’t believe me. I’ve been in plenty of hotels that control the temp as well, as far as the noise I apologize—I had my 2 granddaughters (teenagers) for one nite, otherwise just my husband & I. Again, I have stayed in plenty of hotels that you hear doors slamming, partiers yelling dwn the hallway at 2am, kids jumping off beds above you—I’m sure you hv experienced that too! That doesn’t happen here. If you read the description of the apartment, it says in the very first line (lower level of our home) I have another vacation rental site & because the apartment could be lived in full time I have to call it an apartment/entire home. I hv no other choice. I think my price for almost 1000 sq feet at $150.00 per nite would let anyone know it’s not the whole house—I apologize if you didn’t read the description on the first line about our lower level apartment, or thought you were getting the 3 level house for $150.00 per nite. I appreciate your plusses about our rental, it is certainly worth the money & a fun time!

Home away from home

While in the area to visit family, we used BLG as our base. A short drive to downtown Rogers in a great location. All the comforts of home, even a cozy fireplace. Would we stay again? This was the 3rd stay, so yes!

This basement property was adorably decorated. Had plenty of beds to accommodate my family of 5 without any kid sharing space. Beautiful property and well-maintained. Owners obviously take great care and wanted to make sure our stay was just as we expected. It definitely was! Would recommend to anyone.

The husband and wife team were amazing to meet and hear their stories about how they relocated to Beaver Lake. Their hospitality is genuine and it felt like home. Very safe and very clean as well.

My husband & I moved to Rogers 20 years ago, (from IA) to Get Away from the long winters in the north. We decided to make an apartment in the lower level and rent to vacationers because of our excellent location. We are 1 mi from the marina, swim area, restaurant on the water & only 4 miles from downtown Rogers. We love Beaver Lake & all it has to offer.

Great benefit of our home is the location! We r only a mile to marina, swimming, golfing. We are only a few miles to downtown Rogers & walking trails/bike trails. The apartment has large windows to enjoy the beautiful view of lake & the hills behind the lake. The sunrise is gorgeous to see from the deck! In the back yard you will see sometimes up to 7 deer grazing, (usually baby deer included) & we sometimes see Mr Groundhog who lives down on the property line😂😂.
