Listen to the sounds of the meandering river as you cozy up to the smoke-free Solo Stove while enjoying the hot tub and brand new barrel sauna! There is room to spread out in the completely refinished interior with all new furnishings featuring two separate living areas and a private bathroom for each bedroom.

Incredible location with a short walk or bike into downtown Tumalo featuring food trucks, cider tasting room, shopping and restaurants.

Tumalo State Park is a pristine outdoor recreation area just upriver where you can picnic and put in on tubes to enjoy a cathartic float back downstream to your home away from home.

With four distinct and breathtaking seasons you can relax and unwind from sun up to sun down all year long.

This riverfront house on a private lane in Tumalo with friendly neighbors made our stay amazing. In fact, we only went to Bend proper once during our 7 day stay. Instead we checked out The Bite, a taphouse with 6 food trucks and a lot of the nearby parks. As a MTB rider the location was perfect to explore Phils trailhead and was shocked at how many people were there every day during the week. The vibe in the neighborhood was welcoming and friendly, even though we were renters, which is a Hallmark of Bend if I understand correctly. We enjoyed waking up to the river, spending time in the hot tub and having a few fires in the amazing stove. This place was our jam, dog friendly and glad we chose it over being right in Bend. My family and I had a really relaxing weekend. The house was great for everything we were looking for. Spa and sauna were wonderful and the view next to the river was fantastic. Easy check in and check out. Clean house, great amenities and very accommodating.

Beautiful property, waking distance to the small town of Tumalo for food trucks and a couple cider taphouses. We loved our stay and our dog loved to play in the fresh snow in the back yard. We would definitely book again!

Great location

The property is quite comfortable. Being able to dip right into the river is such a treat. We had one small problem during our stay and received immediate and exceptional service from the property manager.
