Lapa Villa #2: Nature, Privacy, Heated Pool, Sauna & Beach Trail!

Lapa Villas is a gorgeous, beachfront property consisting of 3 homes surrounded by wildlife-filled rainforest, with everything you need for a perfect vacation--from a heated infinity pool, sauna, gym and beach trail. In Lapa Villa #2 are 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms, heated pool and outdoor kitchen. If this home is rented the other homes NOT be separately rented to other guests, thus you'll have the entire property to yourselves.

Lapa Villa #2 the heart of the property and great for gatherings. The home itself is centered perfectly between flowering gardens, the covered pool area, and the open-air kitchen & outdoor lounge. There are 2 spacious bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a huge open shower, and the guest room has two singles that can be merged into a king, also with a large private bathroom. In the indoor living area is a double sofabed. On the lower level is an externally-accessed Sauna.

The rustic, outdoor kitchen and lounge area have a warm, wooden, organic feel and are great spaces for families and groups. There are ocean views from this area. There are 2 bars with stools on both sides, a huge hardwood dining room table, grill, refrigerator and freezer. It's the perfect setting for a chef-cum-bartender to show off his or her art! Not to mention the covered & heated pool, which communicates directly with this great outdoor area. On the lower level is also a sauna! (In case the tropical heat doesn't get to you!)

A partially-pavered trail winds through the rainforest to a semi-private, little-visited beach. The beach itself is mostly rocky--and not great for swimming--but also a beautiful space to visit and relax. We will soon have sea kayaks for the use of our guests. For the intrepid a rough trail leads to other, nearby, sandy beaches.
