One level/no slopes access with an at home cozy feel. Where guests can enjoy relaxation, peace & comfort with friends & family
1st Bedroom: King size memory foam mattress with ADJUSTABLE base, desk, smart tv & gorgeous view of the mountain range. A large walk-in closet, air purifier/noise cancellation fan, luggage rack, extra pillows/blanket & a safe located in the dresser
2nd Bedroom: Twin over twin bunk beds and Queen with memory foam mattress. 55” Smart tv w/NES Nintendo system over 600 old school games on it. Air purifier/noise cancellation fan and large walk-in closet. In this closet has a Beauty Parlor, With a table and 2 beauty mirrors. This is where makeup and hair styling can be done comfortably. Cornhole games is stored in here as well as a luggage rack and highchair
Kitchen: (The mountain view in the picture is a window mural, Not an actual view) Enjoy a full view of the living room/tv from the kitchen seating area & the mountain range/yard view out of the windows. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to entertain and cook during your stay. Stainless steel appliances: Oven/Stove, Microwave, fridge (no ice maker) Other small appliances: Air Fryer Confection Oven Combo, Crock pot, Electric Water Kettle, Blender, Toaster, Coffee maker, Keurig (Coffee/Tea Provided), Island, rice maker, Water filter Pitcher (in fridge), Spices & all cooking/Cooking oil/Bowls, Cookware, Etc.
Laundry Room: Washer & Dryer. Ironing Board & Iron. A large connect four wall game and a pin the ball on the game (See pictures) A pack and play, baby bath, Basketballs/footballs & small basketball hoop are in here (There is a basketball court within close walking distance of the apartment & can be seen from the porch)
Living Room: Comfy seating area with a comfy sectional, 70" Roku Tv, Electric fireplace heater stocked full of board games/puzzles. And a full size Pac-Man arcade!
Kids Playroom/Cave: With interactive wall game, animal pillows, puzzles and stand play table.
Private porch and fully fenced in yard (wooden fence with wire mesh secure for even the smallest of dogs) Covered patio seating with full sectional sofa & patio string lighting, Private Hot Tub, swing set, gas grill, propane fire pit. Picnic style table so you and your family can enjoy the sunsets over dinner. Keep your eyes out for little bunnies, deer & squirrels running around outside. And enjoy a game of cornhole in the yard.
This space is a basement apartment with a private entrance through the walkout basement door on the south side of the house. There is a heavy storm proof metal door at the bottom of the stairs that separates it from the upstairs. The door is equip with two sided locks and also a latch lock for you to use. All locks will remain locked at all times for your privacy. The upstairs is where me and my roommate reside. No kids or animals stay on this level. So the basement apartment is quiet and comfy. All I ask is that you kindly respect indoor and outdoor quiet hours as do we.

Suite Guidelines/Rules
Late Checkout/Early Check in is $35 per hour
-Please remove your shoes upon entering the suite. There is a shoe rack by the door. I appreciate your cooperation in helping keep the carpets clean
-Park on the left/South side of the house where the entrance through the backyard gate
-Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. Please be respectful and aware of the noise levels
-Cigarettes/Vaping outside only. Please use the ashtray for your cig butts and please don't throw them on the property. No weed/other drugs brought into the suite or smoked on or around the property at any time
-No open flame indoors like candles, scent burners etc
-I accept Dogs but do not accept cats/other animals allowed at any time. Please include your pup(s) in the reservation before booking.
There is a doggy door that leads out to the fully fenced-in yard. Please clean up after your pup (pooper scoopers provided)
-This property is not suitable for parties/events/gatherings to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for neighbors and surrounding areas. This is to ensure compliance with local regulations and prevent overcrowding. Guests may have visitors over as long as it doesn't exceed 6 people total at one time. And please no overnight guests that are not on the reservation. If you’d like to add guest(s) to the reservation, please let me know and I can add them. Violating 6 people max may result in your immediate dismissal from the property and assessment of a $300-$500 penalty
-Hot Tub hours which is 8 AM to 10 PM. Understand that by using the hot tub you accept full responsibility and liability for use of the hot tub and agree to hold harmless the host. Use at your own risk
