Florida living at its finest! Privacy and comfort wrapped up into one! This exclusive upscale Southern Exposure CORNER UNIT at Seascape Townhomes with natural lighting, volume and vaulted ceilings offers over 2,100 square feet and 3 floors of living space and has a private elevator for added convenience. Only 5 units on this property! The floor plan includes 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3 car large garage and a private entrance to the heated pool and spa.
The FULLY STOCKED gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, kitchen island and premier appliances.
The primary bedroom has its own private terrace that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and a spa-like primary bath. This town home has a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom and comes equipped with wireless internet access.
On the beach level, you'll find a gulf front heated swimming pool, sundeck with lounging area and direct beach access. Enjoy the view of the white sandy beach and the beautiful water of the Gulf of Mexico from a private terrace on every floor!
Centrally located there are multiple dining options all within a short drive certain to please any appetite. Clearwater is a quick 10-mile drive north where entertainment, shopping, and dining options are endless!
This unit is a monthly rental (min 28-31 days). During Season (Jan - Apr) the unit is available by calendar months only - Jan 1-31; Feb 1-28/29; Mar 1-31 or Apr 1-30. During the off-Season (May - Dec) a calendar month is not required but the unit must be rented for a minimum of 30 days.
Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for picking up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.
Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up of fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ride-sharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in HomeAway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
