Hurricane Updates: Our unit itself is perfect and not damaged. The garages and office on the ground floor have been demo-ed and are awaiting permitting to be repaired. It doesn't look amazing, but shouldn't pose any issues. The building itself is safe and many renters have been enjoying it since the hurricanes hit. The beach is open and beautiful!! Most restaurants and shops are back open.

Our Gulf Front property promises not only sun-soaked days but also an ideal location for exploring the best of the Sunshine State. Our coastal condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 8 using the queen sized sleeper sofa. Indian Shores is renowned for its laid back beaches, family-friendly atmosphere, and proximity to many attractions. Take leisurely strolls along the white sandy shores, indulge in fresh seafood at the Salt Rock Grill across the street, and discover the local charm of this quaint beach town. Take the Suncoast Trolley to many local attractions like Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. You'll find that our home provides the perfect base for an unforgettable Florida beach retreat.

Parking: This property comes with one assigned parking spot and one guest spot (guest spot on a first come first serve basis) Our local beach trolley can take you to nearby beaches and attractions.

Arrival Instructions: We will message you check in instructions 2 days prior to your arrival. Feel free to reach out with any questions prior.

Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a coffee bar, coffer maker, toaster, tea kettle, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. We have all basic cooking supplies and some serving and baking supplies if needed. Bar cart is provided for a fun night on the balcony. BYOB! :) Coffee bar is equipped with k cups, tea, sugar and sweeteners, flavored syrups, and non-dairy creamer. Enjoy!

Laundry: The building has coin operated laundry on each floor. We provide enough detergent for 2 loads of laundry. Quarters will be needed to operate the machines.

Beach Life: We provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and toys in the guest closet.

Cleaning: Housekeeping services are not provided, but we have basic cleaning equipment available if needed. Fresh bed and bath linens are provided prior to arrival.

Self Catering: The unit is self catering with some starting accommodations including: toilet paper, 2 dishwashing pods, trash bags, bed linens and pillows, and bath linens. The bathrooms have hairdryers, first aid, bulk hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Pets Policy: Pets are not permitted in our rental. Any unapproved pet is prohibited and could result in eviction and forfeiture of money paid.
