Newly renovated home with private pool. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master bedroom has a queen bed, en suite bathroom and tv. Open modern farmhouse decor kitchen. Backyard has brand new pavers, outdoor shower, sun loungers and a BBQ grill. The home is across the street from the famous Alessi Bakery, 5 min from downtown, 8 min from airport & 35 min from Clearwater Beach! Grocery stores are 5 minutes away. Guests get the entire home to themselves!

The host was very accommodating. This house was very clean and spacious, decor was so cute, had everything we needed, close to everything as well. The pool area was so peaceful and clean. We will definitely keep this rental in mind when we travel in the future.

This was the first time I have ever rented a property where I had absolutely no communication from the host. Very bizarre experience. The interior of the house was comfortable, but the exterior could use some upkeep.

Property was well maintained , very nice , host will message right away , very close to grocery stores and places to eat . Water pressure for taking showers very low in the upstairs bathroom so was not able to use . other than that good place to stay.

Jose was fantastic! This house is beautiful and very clean! Plenty of room and comfy beds. House is pretty close to a variety of restaurants. Quick drive to the airport or the cruise port.

Nice home, could use a little refresher. The plumbing is not good. No pressure in upstairs shower or would heat up. Downstairs was low pressure and has issues draining. Water has sewer smell. I did communicate with the host regarding plumbing, and he was quick to reply. Stated he would contact a plumber. The neighbor is ok. Great bakery in walking distance. Great location with every place we visited being under 20 mins. Had some difficulty getting in when we first arrived, but was finally able to get the pad lock to open for key.

Excellent location close to everything in Tampa

House is great. Pool amazing. Wonderful location for university of Tampa, Bucs stadium and so many restaurant choices. Defo need a car or access to plenty of Ubers for getting around but then only 10-15mins for anything you need. Bakery opposite was amazing!

Very comfortable and clean. Great location.

We were a group of women who were looking for a place to accommodate us and our dogs while we competed at a dog show. The house was clean and comfortable. There were a few glitches,like not being able to use the pool for 2 days, the livingroom couches are very low to the ground and hard to get out of and no propane in the BBQ. The owner brought us propane,but only one small part of the BBQ worked,so maybe a new BBQ would be a suggestion. Also,I had reserved for and paid in full one entire year previously,but just days before we were due to arrive,I was told the house was no longer available for 2 of the 7 days I had booked and paid for,and we had to find hotel accomodations for those 2 nights. However,the owner personally refunded me in cash for the 2 nights we were unable to stay. All in all,it was a bit frustrating but the owner was very easy to deal with. Just a few tweaks to handling bookings and upgrading the LR furniture,plus a new BBQ would make this rental almost perfect! It was a lovely house to stay in.

Jose was very responsive to all messages! The location was great, right next to Alessi's bakery. You must go! The shower upstairs was less than desirable, everyone had to use the first floor shower due to the water pressure issues. Nice home tho!

Initially, we thought the house was adorable. However, there is definitely room for improvement. We communicated our concerns and Jose did respond most of the time, but the fix definitely wasn't up to par. I am giving a 3 because I understand that Florida was experiencing an unusual cold spell. The windows were extremely drafty, to the point you couldn't sit on the couch comfortably next to the window. The heating system was not working. He did drop off 2 space heaters at 11p, that kept the downstairs at about 59 degrees. The upstairs was much colder as we decided to keep both space heaters downstairs in hopes that the heat would rise. That wasn't the case. He sent over an HVAC guy that next morning around 11a, so we put our plans on hold to explain what the issue was to the technician. The HVAC guy walked over to the thermostat increased it to 72, walked out the back door, which we thought was to work on the unit outside, only to slip out the back gate and drive away. He was there for a total of 3 minutes. The heat would work for a brief time, then blow cold air and lower the house temp very quickly. Other minor things, no paper towels, no dishwashing machine soap, no extra toilet paper. We couldn't find extra pillowcases so we went out and bought some along with the other above items. The pool wasn't being used as it was cold and the pool is not heated. But the pool definitely needs a little love.There is a room that is empty, a dining room table would be a good addition.
