The ~114 year old home is full of character. It has been renovated in both 2010 and all new appliances in 2022. The home is not perfect, but it is perfect for your enjoyment! We hope you will love the open floor plan, the peaceful pond and large yard!

The home is technically a duplex, as there is a studio apartment that is rented separately. We call it the Mother-in-law apartment adjacent to the larger 4,000+ SF home. The apartment is used by owner or rented separately.

The driveway is crushed concrete and the pond is available for fishing, catch and release. No swimming is allowed in the Pond.

Note: the farmhouse is stated to be built in 1908, and is quite large for its era. Of course, the home is old, but has been updated with all new appliances, and bathrooms are nicely updated. Please don't expect perfection, but do enjoy the nice, quiet openness, both inside and outside!

The home comfortably sleeps 8 adults (two per queen bed), or 4 adults and 5 children or 6 adults and 3 children (the bunk beds have a full/double mattress + a single bed above)

Outside, a 100+ acres of farm fields are behind this homes 5 acres and pond. Friendly neighbors include the home on the 10 acre parcel to the west, also with a pond, pole building/barn with farm equipment in back (along with solar panels and in ground swimming pool for their grandchildren).
