Our East Shore Beach Cottages invite you to experience luxurious boutique coastal cottage accommodations in a quaint renowned resort town known to us locals as Clearwater Beach!



The Space:

Enjoy a welcoming coastal escape at East Shore Cottage No. 480! Situated in Clearwater Beach’s tourist district, this renovated cottage puts the beach, shops, restaurants, and pier within walking distance.

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and space for eight guests, it offers a comfortable setting for time together.



Prepare meals in the kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and cooking essentials. The dining table seats five, with another three seats at the raised bar.

After exploring, settle into the living room to watch TV or enjoy the outdoor patio and BBQ grill.



The first-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, while both upstairs bedrooms feature queen beds. A living-room sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. There is a bathroom with a shower on each floor.

A laundry room sits just off the patio, adding convenience during your stay.



Clearwater Beach’s white sand is only a block away perfect for spending your days by the water and returning to your own cottage retreat.



One pet may be approved, with a non-refundable fee of $150 plus taxes.

The house was clean and well stocked with essentials like bath towels, beach towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies (soap, detergents, etc). The host was very attentive and responded to all of our requests right away. The location to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars and convenience stores was unbeatable. The mini split air conditioners were amazing and kept the entire house cool and comfortable.

Frenchys Cottage 480

Amazing location!

Easy walk to the gorgeous beach, restaurants, and shopping. Plenty of room in the living room for the whole family to comfortably gather, the washer/dryer was awesome, and we were pleasantly surprised by the provided beach towels & gear! Beach Time Rentals was very helpful, quickly responded to all questions, and check-in was simple. Thanks for providing a great property for a memorable family vacation!

Wonderful time staying at Clearwater beach cottage.

The location was awesome. Very convenient walking into town and the beach. The cottage was clean. Backyard nicely landscapped. Beds were comfortable and all had TVs. The couch was not comfortable. Plan on going back next winter. The rental people were very friendly. Plan on going back next winter.

The cottage has everything you need, a fully stocked kitchen, towels, chairs, umbrellas for the beach, comfortable living quarters and a nice back patio to hang out. BTR folks were also very accommodating! We have stayed here multiple times and its all positive - only suggestion I can make would be to have a hose avail to rinse off from the beach.

Nice place, needed to be cleaned better

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were fortunate to have a beautiful weather week. The house was nice but the floors were dirty/sandy when we arrived. There was no propane bottle for the gas grille and there was a random shoe and empty water bottle under the ottoman in the living room. Everything else was good, Kitchen was well stocked with appliance and silverware, etc. Also had an issue with the door lock but was repaired the next day. Great location.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by cleaning issues upon arrival, as well as propane bottles and missing items. Wonderful House!

The 480 Frenchy's Cottage in Clearwater was perfect. There was plenty of room, supplies, linens, towels and kitchen necessities. The washer and dryer work great, and the AC worked fine the entire time we were there. The house is close to everything ~ CVS, restaurants, food and other shopping and the beach is a couple minutes' walk. Mona @ BTR responded immediately to the couple of questions I had. I will definitely stay here again if I return. Few little things - bathroom sink in large room downstairs needs help, a couple of new chairs for the beach would be helpful and we never did figure out the Roku TV and why we couldn't use our own apps to watch on it. Normally it wouldn't matter much, but the World Series playoffs were on so sadly, we had to go out and find a bar that had the games we wanted to watch on. LOL ~
