Floor to ceiling windows in the open concept kitchen/living area allow for views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has seating for 7 at the counter as well as a dining table. We are on the same floor as the pool and hot tub. Parking is under the condo, so the first floor is actually the fifth floor. There is also an on-site gym that looks out over the ocean. We do have a video doorbell at this location that is always on. This complex has only 129 units and features 3 sets of elevators. Parking pass must be purchased prior to arrival from condo association. Provided wristbands must be worn at all times. Please be sure to leave them when you depart as there is a $10 fee for each missing wristband.
