Rest and relax during your stay at our newly remodeled cottage (approx 1050sq ft). Our home is tastefully decorated, cozy, and drenched with warm sunlight streaming in from the skylights and the full ceiling-to-floor windows. Enjoy your morning coffee from the front sitting area or the small outdoor porch with water views of the Sakonnet River from both locations.
There are several restaurants located on Park Ave. However, if you prefer to have a home-cooked meal with the family, you'll find a dining table in the main living area with an open concept to the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with all you will need to cook from the comforts of home. Feel free to pack light and don't be afraid to let the kids get dirty at the beach or the Island Park playground since you will have access to a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and detergent.
After a long day on the beach or exploring the nearby-by towns, settle into one of the 3 private bedrooms for a sound sleep in the comfort of crisp linens, cooling pillows, and air conditioning. You'll love the sea breeze through the open windows, the air conditioning on hot summer nights, or a glass of wine as you sit by the fire pit (propane) on the backyard patio. A beach wagon, chairs, toys, and towels are conveniently stored in the garage to make packing for the beach effortless and enjoyable.
Have a little work to do during your stay? There is a workspace in one of the bedrooms where you can work privately and then get right back to the family fun. We sprinkled in a few extras including books, coffee/tea station, cooking spices, and board games to name a few. Every detail is meticulously planned so you have nothing to do but relax and enjoy your stay!
