The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls & utensils, everything you need to prepare a tasty meal. The large dining room table is the perfect place to sit down and enjoy together. Start your mornings with complimentary coffee & tea!



Remote workers and learners take advantage of high speed internet throughout the house or at your own private desk located in the master bedroom.

The lower level conveniently features two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom. Retire upstairs to the large master suite with Queen bed and cable tv. The bathroom features a dual sink vanity for getting ready, and a spacious walk in shower.



Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; Hairdryers are available in the property as well.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, common areas, laundry room, and back yard. The detached garage and locked owners closet are not available to guests. Plenty of parking is available on the street, the driveway is not available for parking.



Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

The Outdoor Oasis is located in a beautiful neighborhood just blocks from the popular Plaza Midwood area with tons of restaurants, bars, and shops. This neighborhood is centrally located with easy access to many other popular Charlotte areas like Uptown, NoDa, South End, Dilworth, and more!

South End 4 miles | 10 minutes

Dilworth 4 miles | 12 minutes

South Park 6 miles | 14 minutes

Getting Around:

This home is nestled into Plaza Midwood, walk a few blocks to the many local attractions, or take a short drive to one of the many local restaurants and bars. Plenty of Ubers are also available to take you uptown or to one of the many other neighboring areas!

**Disclaimer**

The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). If pets will be in the property over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.



**House Rules**

Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.

Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.

The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID.  Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.

Minimum booking age: 25 years old.

If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.



Access to the Home:

Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.

Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees

Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.

Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Check-in is at 5:00 PM

Check-out is at 11:00 AM

Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.



Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM:

You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.

No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets:

Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed.

Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance.

Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300.

Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest.



Parking:

Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking.



Smoking:

No smoking whatsoever inside the home.

Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.



Damages:

Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.



Internet Usage:

We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.



Trash:

Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.



Interaction with Guests:

Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!
