Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
This house has plenty of room for entertaining and the dock has the best fishing around. When the green lights come on it’s Fish on! The fishing is absolutely amazing after dark.
If fishing isn’t your thing and your looking to relax it doesn’t get any better than the swinging chairs on the dock.
House is fully equipped with a commercial WiFi and Stereo/Audio throughout the entire property.
This property has security cameras outside that record to a local DVR on the property. It does not have remote access to the camera's.

Wonderful home!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is lovely, and we had lots of options for gathering places on the dock, deck, and family areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a big group

Great location for our family reunion!

We had several families together for our annual family reunion over July 4th weekend. The house is beautiful and very spacious with lots of areas to gather. We loved hanging out on the patio and the kitchen was very nice with a big island. It was perfect for family meals. There are several grill options and lots of extras throughout the house. We loved swimming in the lake and hanging out on the dock. Overall, we were very pleased with everything!

We had a wonderful time. We had a family get together with about 20 family members. There was plenty of room and very comfortable for everyone. Had a small issue with a light on the dock and someone was sent right over to fix it. The kids had a blast fishing and swimming!

End of school vacay!

If you are looking for a place for your entire family, this is the place to stay! I checked several houses on Lake Tawakoni and this one by far was the perfect one. The host was extremely nice and responsive and the house was absolutely beautiful!! I would definitely recommend this house to everyone!

Great Family Stay

Stayed here for the weekend for a wedding in the area. Its a great property. Great place to relax and if you love fishing its the best. Lots of space. Owner very attentive and helpful. Would for sure stay here again. The beds were amazing. The house was clean. The outside could for sure use a good spring cleaning but overall a great stay and we all enjoyed it!

Family trip

We booked our stay for a family trip of 20 people. The host responded quickly when I had questions. The place accommodated all of us with enough space to spare. The beds were AMAZING, the kitchen was huge the stove took a little time to figure out. Restrooms didn’t have locks and as many of us there was, there were a few instances were some us were walked into while occupying it. Lake was awesome to swim and fish, we spent most of our time on the dock. Sunsets were beautiful! We would book again, in fact already thinking about going back with our friends!

Great Weekend!

Everything was great from the communication to the house! The playset was a hit with the younger kids and the open space for them to run around was awesome. Gotta love rocking on the deck with the 2 large rockers and the other Adirondack chairs made being outside fabulous. The house was very spacious and was exactly what we needed for a great weekend! Going to stay again next year! Thanks!

Very nice

Very nice property and family space. Needs hand rails for us 80 plus visitors and lounging chairs in living (only one couch available). Had trouble operating stove top. Needed additional info about how to properly checkout. Handled our family very nicely

Beautiful property but…

The internet was not stable or strong, which means we couldn’t watch tv, connect to the house surround sound nor do the presentations that where scheduled. House also listed use of dock and swings but the area was full of spiders and spider webs because it hadn’t been used or cleaned in ages. No propane for fire pit. The main house was however beautiful, but not without its imperfections. I would still stay again , I just would not plan it as a work event., where internet would be heavily relied on.

We take this type of stuff seriously. We refunded Courtney a full night for her issues at the property, but we also found that the router at the home was causing the issue. We decided to replace the entire network and converted it to an Ubiquiti Pro series network. There are 7 access points at the location and the whole system was upgraded within 2 days of this notification. During testing the home has 940 mbps download and a 922 mbps upload. It has a high speed fiber connection from Spectrum. On the dock, the dock was cleaned 2 days before their arrival. Unfortunately it’s on the lake and there are bugs. The dock is power washed and cleaned twice a month.

Nice place but needs upkeep

Over all we had a good time at this Lakehouse. However for the price it was not worth it. The dock was covered in spiders and cob webs. Nothing worked on the dock not the grills or the power and everything was just cover in grime and bugs. The house fridge and panty has old food in it from previous renters. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty some with dried coffee in the cups. overall the cleanliness needed to be there. Toiletries and towels were limited as well. All that to say we still had a good time here but we reserved this way in advance so they had plenty of time to get this prepped and ready for us.

Nice owner, rough house

The owner was very nice and tried very hard to accommodate us and rectify the issues with the home. That said, this home is well used and had a few issues. The two biggest were that the home was destroyed by the previous geuests and we couldnt even throw away our trash because it was over flowing outside at the curb. That's not really the owners fault though. The bbq grill didnt work.which sucked. Also, the house sticks out like a sore thumb as it is really the only decent home in the entire neighborhood. However, my biggest issue was the fact that there were cameras inside the house and we were not made aware.

This guest requested to rent the home on the same day another guest was checking out. It was explained to him that if we did let him rent that day we would be very hard pressed to get the home clean. Unfortunately the previous guest made a huge mess and we had the cleaning lady working even while the guest was there. The inside cameras (living rooms) were left over from before it was turned into a rental. They have now been removed. The bbq grill is brand new and works perfectly. I double checked it after the guest left.
