The property includes the main 4-bedroom house, (consisting of the upper three levels of the home), and a 1-bedroom carriage house, each with a private entrance and shared access to the rear courtyard. On the main level is the living room, formal dining room, fully-stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and custom cabinetry, a breakfast room, and half bath. The second level has two bedrooms, a bonus room, and a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The top level has two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with a claw-foot tub/shower.
A balcony off the breakfast room overlooks a lovely courtyard below, and a full-size washer and dryer are located in the hallway on the upper level for guest use. The house has high-speed Internet and TVs in each bedroom for streaming. The living room TV also has cable. Note that there are several staircases and no elevator.

The apartment features a cozy living room with seating and a kitchenette, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom with a shower. A front porch with seating overlooks the courtyard and is an excellent spot for relaxing after a day of touring historic Savannah. A full-size washer and dryer are also located in the garage below.
