Quiet lakefront getaway! Our home on Lake Monona gives you the feeling of being up-north while only being 12 minutes from Downtown! The property features a 3'x3' firepit right on the water and a walkout patio deck to enjoy your morning coffee while boaters and fishermen pass by. Less than 15 minutes from downtown Madison, UW Campus, Camp Randall, and the Alliant Energy Center.

The living room and kitchen feature large picture windows for unobstructed views of the lake. The first floor features the kitchen, living room, and full bathroom with jacuzzi. While the 2nd floor is home to the three bedrooms and 2nd full bathroom. All bedrooms have views of the lake.

The living room features a 75" Samsung smart TV with a Sonos speaker system. The back deck has a large dining table with rocking chairs and bench to enjoy your morning coffee. There is a 4-burner propane gas grill on the deck which makes grilling out a blast while you watch boaters and fisherman cruise by. The backyard is great for yard games and also features a 3'x3' firepit by the water. The house is stocked with firewood.

The property is perfectly located for ice fishing in the winter. The backyard is very popular area for ice fishing in the winter. Set up your tip ups and warm up by the firepit while you wait for your tip ups to go off.
