Fast and free 1000 Mbps WiFi is included in the home. Our home has central air conditioning and heating.

The driveway and garage are available for your use, and the driveway can accommodate boat parking.

The local store, Venture Mart, as well as the new Fourth Quarter Grill, are conveniently located just steps outside our backyard.

Our newly refinished pickleball courts in October 2024 are available to our guests through our HOA.

Please note that you will need to bring firewood if you plan to utilize the outdoor fire pit.

Space Details:

All bedrooms feature brand-new, super-comfortable DreamCloud mattresses, as well as disc chargers for conveniently charging cell phones.

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): A truly beautiful retreat, the upstairs ensuite bedroom features a King bed, a large walk-in closet, a Smart 50" TV, and a large bathroom featuring a shower with double shower heads and two sinks.

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen bed. This room also features an Xbox One and plenty of games to enjoy. There are French doors with lake views and access to the top deck.

Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Queen bed, dresser, and 50" Smart TV.

Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Two queen beds and a 50" Smart TV.

Bedroom 5 (Downstairs): King bed, dresser, and a 50" Smart TV.

The Living Room: A large leather sectional and two swivel chairs allow for enjoyment of the lake views. There is also a 50" smart TV and an electric fireplace.

The Top Deck: From the living room, French doors lead out to the outdoor top deck, where you can take in the view as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy cocktails in the evening. The is a large outdoor table with 8 chairs, two lounge chairs, and two outdoor sofas, as well as a 50" outdoor Smart TV and a Current® Electric Grill. There is also a life-sized Connect 4 for some outdoor fun.

The Bottom Deck: Take the stairs from the top deck downstairs to enjoy the large lower deck. Downstairs, you will find a ping pong table and an 8-person hot tub.

The Backyard: The private and fully fenced, spacious backyard is the perfect place for the kids to run around. There is a lovely fire pit to enjoy in the cooler months, along with several comfy Adirondack chairs.

The Dining Room: Features a custom round table with seating for 10.

The Kitchen: Fully equipped for all of your cooking needs.

Downstairs Kids Reading Nook: This adorable secret space will be the favorite escape for your little ones. Outfitted with super comfy and colorful pillows and sitting cushions, the custom half door is perfect for the kiddos to have their own space to play and read.
