Bring the whole family to the lake to enjoy this view! Oak Cottage sleeps 13 with 5 cozy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! This renovated home is decorated beautifully and ready to be your next vacation spot. Inside you will find a formal dining room, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and breakfast area, and a kitchen with regular and Keurig coffee makers. The screened-in back porch and deck are perfect for use of the gas grill, and overlook a beautiful backyard, many feet of waterfront, and a private boat dock available for your use! The home is in a quiet slough with mostly full-time residents and a neighborhood quiet time of 10 pm. The property is a 35 minute drive to Auburn.  Please note that there are many stairs leading down to the water. No pets allowed.  No smoking allowed.  Exterior cameras are in place for security purposes.  Boat Rental Information: Harbor Pointe Marina, Lakeside Marina, and Bay Pines Marina are all nearby. Oak Cottage was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving get together with family arriving from across the country. We had ample space to catch up, play games, watch movies and do puzzles, while also having areas for quiet reading, and enjoying a morning coffee. The kitchen was well stocked and was the perfect space for multiple people to help with food prep without being on top of each other. It is a lovely place. The screened porch was a popular morning coffee spot and the fire-pit was a hit with our story telling, s'more loving family. I expect that in warmer weather the dock would be a fabulous hang out spot. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lake Time!

We had a fabulous Graduation Weekend at the lake. The house was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for anything more! Easy drive to Auburn to celebrate our Grad!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a great stay at Oak Cottage! The home was exactly the way it is depicted in the listing. We came to celebrate Father’s Day with family and had plenty of space for the 11 of us. The kitchen was adequately stocked and it was really nice having the second refrigerator in the laundry room. We did have to request a new tank for the gas grill and our request was promptly responded to and they had a new tank to us within a few hours. I would absolutely stay here again.

Birthday for Siblings

The house was great except for its location 4 stories above the pier. We enjoyed ourselves. spacious kitchen with large island made food prep easy. Beds were comfortable and we were able to sleep our crowd easily. There was room for more. The hike up so many stairs was hard for our older group and i can only imagine that it would be hard with little kids. Even with that we had an enjoyable weekend on Lake Martin.

Great Weekend!

Four generations of family had a great weekend! I should have paid closer attention to elevation. The oldest generation was unable to go down to the water. The youngest generation had to be carried up/down the 4+ flights of stairs to the boat. The home is beautifully decorated and very spacious. We all thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch. The trek to the water was definitely more than we anticipated,
