The main draw is simple: Carillon Beach itself, a 1-mile private stretch of pristine white sand beach and clear turquoise water. From the home, it is a short walk down a picturesque street lined with palm trees, gorgeous coastal homes, and the quiet charm that makes this community feel so special. When you arrive at the beach, your complimentary set of blue canvas chaise lounge chairs and umbrella will be waiting each morning by 8 AM at the water's edge, set up for you by the La Dolce Vita beach service.

The Space
The home has been designed to feel comfortable and welcoming. In this beach house, you will see: neutral tones, traditional coastal furnishings, soft textures, and all the comforts needed for vacation.

The kitchen is well-appointed with everything needed to cook for and serve a large group, whether you are preparing breakfast before the beach, an easy lunch between pool visits, or a full family dinner at the end of the day.

The third floor is one of the home’s best gathering spaces. Filled with natural light throughout the day, this bonus area is made for entertaining, relaxing, and reconnecting. Enjoy the wet bar, wine rack, second ice maker, indoor seating, and adjoining outdoor space, perfect for an evening drink, a card game, or giving kids and adults a little extra room to spread out.

Throughout the home, you will notice surfing-inspired artwork, inspired by the owner’s passion for the water and the relaxed beauty of coastal living. These thoughtful details bring personality into the home while keeping the overall feel timeless and vacation-centered.

Thoughtful Amenities
To make your stay feel effortless from the moment you arrive, the home is stocked with thoughtful essentials including coffee, tea, sugar, and starter items for your first morning, especially helpful after a late-night arrival. Beach towels and a beach bag, as well as a beach wagon, are also provided for your stay. A new washer and dryer are available with laundry detergent provided, and every bathroom includes soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

The home also includes an outdoor grill with propane provided, making it easy to enjoy relaxed meals at home after a day at the beach or pool.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that there is a community pool available for use (please enquire prior to your stay, so we can confirm whether the pool is open).
- Pool heat is not available between 4/1 and 10/1.
- This home was previously known as Relish the Moments.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

Parking Details:
- The driveway can fit up to 2 cars.
- **Please note that a parking pass is required and the HOA charges a fee of $35 for each vehicle.**
- No street parking or other parking options available within the community, so plan accordingly.

All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
