We've designed this home to create these special moments. We welcome you into this unique experience that will foster fun, relaxation, comfort, adventure, mindfulness, peace, quality time, safety, coziness, and creativity.

Hygge Hive features;
*Great sleep in one of 4 bedrooms with name brand memory foam mattresses, all have green tea infusions. All beds have both soft and firm pillows. All rooms are equipped for nighttime reading and charging many devices conveniently at your bedside.
*The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances with mid century modern touches. The distinctive kitchen island has plenty of space for prep and dining.
*The dining area seats 6 comfortably and has its own coffee cart. Complete with complimentary coffee, tea, decaf, sugar, cream a French Press and a Keurig.
*Whether you're downstairs or upstairs, there is a full bathroom available. Both bathrooms are stylishly decorated and special attention was given to our guests showering experience. Please feel free to light an earthy candle and enjoy a nice long hot shower or bath experience with courtesy washing products.
*Walk out the back sliding door and you will have a view of the mountains and city. Our Trex deck is setup for a relaxing moment in a luxe outdoor chair. Just down the deck stairs you'll find Al Fresco dining and a propane grill, there is also a conversation area and firepit areas in spring-fall. The backyard is fenced and fruits a very old and large grapevine. You can help yourself to as many as you'd like in the warmer months!

*Dog package! Two large dog beds, bowls, leash, pet excrement bags, treats!

* 2 Living areas to lounge, watch TV, snuggle, read, laugh, play games, or sleeping. They are that comfortable! We even have a mattress pad topper for couch surfers.
* 2 TV's on adjustable mount arms with all streaming platforms accessible. These mounts can turn, rotate, tilt, pull out and push in.
* Keyless front deadbolt lock with a personal code that expires with every guest upon checkout. Share your code with your group if you'd like.
* Exterior doorbell security camera for any issues with being locked out, or theft from you. Backyard exterior security lights and camera. These keep you protected! We do not monitor these 24/7 but they are needed to keep contactless check ins and check outs.
