Summer on the Beach! 2 BR Condo in sought after Orange Beach! Walk to The Gulf!

Summer Breeze is a small complex consisting of only 21 units over 3 floors. This unit is on the second floor and faces the beach! You can also enjoy watching the boats coming into the Bay under Perdido Pass!

This unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms within 960 sq ft of living space. The kitchen is all electric and stocked with dishes, dishwasher, pots, pans, cooking utensils, microwave, drip-coffee maker, single-serve Keurig and more! There is a hair dryer, iron/ironing board, washer and dryer in the unit that is available to guests as well. To help you get settled, there is a starter kit that includes: dishwasher tablet, laundry pod, toilet paper, trash bag and paper towels!

Unit has a large laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and shelves for extra storage. Back doors open to the patio to give you a gorgeous view of the beach!

Summer Breeze complex offers two large charcoal grills and outdoor prep area for cookouts on the North side of the complex.

Access to the beach from Summer Breeze is a short 1 minute walk down our private boardwalk.

If you want to stay inside, there is plenty of entertainment inside the unit itself. Sit on the queen sleeper sofa to enjoy the large TV in the living room, or watch one of the TVs in each bedroom. We have card games and board games for your enjoyment, as well!

As a guest, you will have access to the entire condo.

The location was fantastic and the space was adequate for our family of 5.

Easy communication with the property owner & easy access to the beach. Huge balcony & plenty of carts to aid in bringing items to the room. Convenient to restaurants & entertainment.

Awesome place

This condo is super comfortable! Kitchen well supplied, fluffy towels, and comfy mattress. Great second floor location in a well maintained building. We loved it!

Great family place!

We had a great time with our family and friends at this condo. Very short distance to the beach and quiet. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Owner was very easy to get in touch with and he made sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing beach vacation

The property is in a smaller condo building; perfect for those seeking a quiet relaxing vacation. Set back a little ways from the beach so you get the scenery without the noise from beach-goers. The swimming pool was clean and well taken care of. The location was good; across the street from restaurants and bars but back from the road so not subject to street noise. Of the condo itself: it was clean and comfortable. The owner has taken efforts to make sure that it is more than just a place to sleep and is quick to respond to any issues. The sheets were soft and the kitchen fully operational with plenty of dishes and utensils. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Loved it.

We enjoyed this unit very much! We have stayed at Summer Breeze before since we love the smaller set of condos and this one is the nicest we have stayed. Nice and clean. The owner got back with us right away when we needed anything. The view is wonderful. The king bed is the most comfortable we have ever slept in while on vacation. The very new owner was transparent with us before hand that there was still some things that would not be completed to their standards before our stay since they just took it over, but they honored our booking and we were so thankful! The only things we noticed were not being able to use the tvs in the bedrooms and the box springs being noisy in the 2nd bedroom. Literally thats it and it didn’t bother us one bit. We loved it and would stay again.
