This was the perfect condo for our family beach vacation. Perfect location! It seemed we were a short 5 minute drive from almost every thing we wanted to do. Condo was clean and well maintained!

Beautiful condo and great location! No real complaints other than some miscommunication about beach umbrella and chair usage. The host let us know we could use the umbrella and chairs that are provided on the beach in front of the condo; however there was a company set up that would not allow it. So this was an added expense that we did not plan for as we had six people so had to get 2 sets of chairs/umbrella at 60 a day each.

This was a beautiful place. We enjoyed our stay. Weather didn’t cooperate but we still found things to do. Tons of restaurants(very good)Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The room was good and the side view was nice but when reached out to host about microwave not working on the first day I never heard back. Also, you could hear the people above you pretty good. I know the microwave doesn’t sound like a big deal but when at the beach you take home a lot of leftovers and with no way to heat them up it’s just a drag.

The floors had not been cleaned the mirrors were dirty you could tell the cleaning crew had only changed the bed and put fresh towels out the counter was gritty with sand where they had not been wiped down you were great to work with but the cleaning staff didn’t do there job

We could see the gulf from the condo but just a small part because of the other buildings. The distance to the beach was perfect though so it balances out the minimal view. The beds were comfy and everything in the kitchen was nicer than in most condos we have stayed in

Amazing Vacation

We had a great stay. Roxana was amazing, helping us with all the questions that we had. The condo is really clean and beautiful and the beach is literally steps away. The construction did not bothered us at all. We’ll definitely book again with this host.

Quick Family Break Needed and Delivered

Quick family get away was much needed. Roxana was very attentive from the get-go. Place was clean, open and inviting. Peek-a-boo view of the ocean. Stone throw to the beautiful beaches. Gym was functional, pool was very warm! Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Pros: Close to the beach, view as described. The beds are comfortable. Host was able to answer questions before we arrived. Location is great for a lot of excellent food and not far to the harbor for tours, etc. Cons: When we arrived the condo was dirty with candy stuck to the table, trash on the floors and thick layer of dust on the tops of the bed head boards, host was informed but did not respond to this information. There were not enough towels for our party and I had to send two requests to get towels but they were delivered. One of the bedrooms was missing the TV remote so was not usuable. Heads up: The property has a few foldable beach chairs in the closets but you will have to carry them quite a ways from the condo as right outside the condo is a company selling set up umbrellas and chairs and you are not allowed to set yours around their area. Overall good condo for the price and location.

Amazing condo - loved it

Condo had all the amenities you could possibly need to feel like you were at home (even beach chairs in the closet that we found on our last day - lol) Super neat and everything was very clean!! Our hostess was very informative and explained everything well including about construction going on. Even with construction going on, everything was great! She made it so easy and problem free! Can't say enough good about the place or our hostess!!! Can't wait to go back!!

Destin Vacay

Condo was nice, and we had all we needed for the week. Owner was quick to respond to an issues we encountered. We were disappointed at the amount of construction that was going on but didn't let it interfere with our vacation. It stated that the balcony was open. Actually, it wasn't really usable or enjoyable because of the black netting that was in front of it for construction. Only other problem was the lock on the door didn't work almost the entire week. It was fixed but malfunctioned the next day.

We apologize for the inconveniences generated by the construction however, as stated, the prices have been reduced accordingly to compensate for it. Daughter’s graduation trip

The condo was clean and perfect for the five of us. It was just steps from the beach. I liked that the beach was not crowded like many of the other beaches. The building was under construction but it didn’t bother us. The only thing that I didn’t like was walking in at night there is nearly no light in the walk way where you come into the building. This is nothing that the own of the condo could control but the complex should have more lighting as you walk in at night. I liked that the owner had chairs but we had rented umbrellas and wished we would have know before we rented. We will definitely rent from Roxana again if we ever come back to Destin. She was a great host.

The property is very close to the catwalk to access the beach. Another advantage is the property had plenty of beach items (chairs, coolers, sand toys, boogie boards, inflatables) to use. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for us all. Only complaint we had was the closets were full of all the sand toys and chairs so lots of sand on the floor and the pool was not beach front. But we would 100% stay here again.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

This property accommodated our larger party perfectly. You can walk right to the beach and it is also within walking distance to restaurants making it so easy. The host was prompt and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.
