Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Nampa home. This home backs up to one of Nampa's paved greenbelts (The Stoddard Path), with a playground only 1/4 mile walk away. The backyard is large and surrounded by large trees giving you a lot of privacy and feeling tucked away from neighbors. The Primary suite has a King bed, guest bedrooms are equipped with a Queen bed, and Queen Bunks. Styled tastefully and ready for you!

This home is professionally cleaned and maintained, but as a lived-in rental, **normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic blemishes, or light scuffs/dings may be present**. We were there for State basketball tournament and it was a perfect place.

Enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for 6 adults! We had two couples and 2 singles so the bunk beds worked great.

Nampa Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this Nampa house! It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The interior was nicely decorated and spacious, providing plenty of room for relaxation. The huge backyard was a fantastic bonus, perfect for outdoor activities and enjoying the fresh air. Great for pets

This place is amazing for pets right on the trail so you can walk your furry family members and great fenced in yard. The house is beautiful and perfect for a several of adults who are coming up for an event at the Idaho Center or family. Please be courteous to clean up your pet’s mess for your host and the next guest. That goes for any place I have stayed they are beyond gracious enough to let you bring your pets into their homes make sure you don’t ruin for the next occupants.

This house was a great place for our family to gather for a weekend away. Right near the walking path, nice big yard and plenty of space to relax each night! Great communication with the owners if we needed assistance! Definitely would stay again!

Comfort Living

This place was so inviting and beautiful. It was very spacious and quiet with a large backyard to play yard games like corn hole or can jam. We attended a wedding at the White Barn in Nampa and this residence was conveniently close to it. My only “heads up” would to let you know two of the four queen beds are bunk beds in one of the rooms. Don’t be mistaken that there are four rooms with one queen bed each. There are three rooms.

Great house!

We’re so glad we stayed here instead of a hotel. It was a 20 minute drive to downtown Boise, and the quick 10 minute drive to Stella’s Ice Cream Parlor in Nampa is a must! We will stay here again when visiting family in Idaho.

40th birthday surprise.

We came to Kuna Idaho for a birthday surprise. This Nampa VRBO was very nice and clean and met all our needs. The hosts answered all our questions and were very accommodating. There was a big backyard that our dog could Roam in. We would definitely stay there again if the occasion arose.

Hi there! We are Bryce and Callie and were excited to host you! It all started in 2012 when we bought our first home, then we became famous! Nah, not really. BUT our first home, "The Sensible Safari" was featured on HGTV House Hunters when we were newly married. I think Bryce was hooked on homes after that. We've since moved 7 times in the last 9 years and built up our experience as home owners, DIY-ers, property managers, parents, landlords, and now short term rental managers. All along the way moving with us our Alaskan Malamute and growing family. We’re passionate about our homes because we’ve lived in most of them and have created memories with our friends and families. We know what we like in a home and what we would need when we're traveling away from home. We’re excited to pass on memory making opportunities with you in the homes that we are able to share!

This home is right next to one of Nampa's Greenbelt trails, the Stoddard Pathway! Enjoy nice trees and natural grasses as you walk, run or ride your bike on Stoddard Pathway. The pathway has approximately two miles of paved surface and stretches from East Iowa Avenue to a about one-half mile south of East Locus Lane. Parking is available by Maple Wood Park located off of Greenhurst Road.

We also have electric scooters in the garage available for rent during your stay to explore the pathway! A super fun bonus activity for your family. Ride at your own risk.
