The massive outdoor terrace includes a custom-built 16-person hot tub that was created to accommodate large gatherings. There is a no-smoking policy in place at Casa Brooks (indoor and outdoor). A $500 USD penalty can be added.
No pets allowed.
All groups must have a member of 30 years of age as a signing renter.
An additional $150 per person, per night will be charged for groups over 18 guests. Max occupancy is 22 guests.
