The Space:
Our spacious 4-floor home is ideal for groups of 6-8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 3 full and 1 half baths. Located just off of Ben Sawyer Blvd, location and parking won't be an issue here!

Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up (interior) stairs, the home features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to enjoy a meal or spend time together. Dining table with 4-6 seats and living room with high ceilings. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd-floor (3rd level in the building), with 2 full bathrooms and a full-size washer/dryer. The first bedroom has a Full/Twin bunk bed, and second has a queen bed. The 3rd-floor (4th level in the building) has a spacious master bedroom featuring a King size bed and daybed with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony. Each of these bedrooms has its own flat-screen Roku-powered TV with Cable options. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on the 1st-floor (2nd level in the building).

Guest Access:
Guests will be provided a code to a lockbox on property the day of your stay. You may self-check in anytime after 4pm on the day of your arrival.

Garage parking for 1 vehicle is available, with additional parking on the street.
