Our family friendly home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a screened in pool and lanai, and a large open concept living area with a kitchen, dining area and breakfast nook. And it's just 25 minutes to Fort Myers Beach!

The space
We have carefully thought out every detail and designed this space to be beautiful AND functional. The whole home is yours to use and enjoy!

Our home features 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Our MASTER SUITE sits on it’s own side of the home away from the other bedrooms and offers a KING size bed with memory foam mattress, large dresser, smart TV, full length mirror, lamps with usb access to charge devices, and attached master bath with double sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and separate walk in shower. This room also has enough space for a rollaway bed.

Guest Room 2 features a KING size bed with memory foam mattress, smart TV, lamps with usb access to charge devices, full length mirror, closet and space for a rollaway bed.

Guest Room 3 offers a QUEEN size bed with memory foam mattress, night stands, smart touch lamps with charging pad for your devices, closet and full length mirror.

Guest Room 4 has a private door to the Lanai and offers a QUEEN size bed with memory foam mattress, night stands, smart touch lamps with charging pad for your devices, closet and full length mirror.

Our home features a spacious OPEN CONCEPT LIVING AREA with vaulted ceilings and large windows allowing lots of natural light into the room. You’ll find a main entertainment area with a 75” smart TV with netflix and comfortable seating to enjoy the space. Attached is another seating area, the kitchen, dining area, and breakfast nook.

Our FULL KITCHEN features a large Island with bar seating and plenty of space to enjoy cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils, dishes, and appliance essentials and plenty of space for you to store your groceries and pantry items. Our kitchen has pots and pans, knives, bakeware, drip coffee machine, stand mixer, blender, and toaster. We have also supplied plastic cups, plates, and bowls to use in the lanai/pool area. Everything is safe to go in the dishwasher- so you shouldn’t be hand washing much on vacation!

Attached to the kitchen are the DINING ROOM and a BREAKFAST NOOK. The dining room features a modern large table that seats six and the beautiful breakfast nook area that looks out to the pool seats 4. We also have a high chair available for little ones.

CHILD specific amenities include a high chair and packnplay (with sheets).

The screened in LANAI and POOL area offers a great space to gather in the sun, enjoy the pool, and lounge on patio furniture. Pool toys are provided. Please no glass near or in the pool, and use the pool at your own risk! Pool can be HEATED for an extra $35 per day at your request. (Charge will come after booking is confirmed)

Our outdoor space provides plenty of PRIVACY with mature trees and beautiful palm brush encasing the entire area- we even have a mature fruit producing mango tree and avocado tree!

And lastly, our home also features a LAUNDRY ROOM with a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use during your stay. You’ll also find any cleaning supplies you may need and an ironing board and iron for those fancy dinner night out clothes… just don’t spend too much time in this room! You’re on VACATION!

Cape Coral offers a public beach just a couple miles away. Fort Myers beach is about 25 minutes away and Captiva and Sanibel are about 45 minutes away. There are lots of opportunities for day trips and exploration! Our welcome guide will also share some of our favorite local spots to eat/visit and kid friendly activities with you.
