Fantastic rental close to downtown!

This home was absolutely perfect for our extended family. The house is spacious and we especially liked the pool table and media room. And you can't beat the location -- in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown but also easy to get to Asheville and the surrounding area!

Amazing Stay in a super home

Wonderful weekend!!!

Everyone loved their bedrooms and common spaces. We especially enjoyed watching our Favorite football team win on the huge screen in the media room!! Great house!!!!

Great stay in Hendersonville

We had a wonderful time. The house was big enough for our family to spread out, but also has some inviting common areas to gather in. The media room in the basement is a fun spot for watching a ballgame. We would definitely consider staying here next time we're in the area. Thanks for hosting us.

Family wedding

We really enjoyed our stay, this is a beautiful home . It is so spacious and accommodating to a larger group. We came for a family wedding and with 4 couples staying for the weekend we had ample space . Some of us even watched Sunday football on the big screen. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Excellent Location!!

This is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. The house is spacious and cozy. My family was very impressed at how clean the house was as well. The kitchen is fully stocked and large enough for multiple people to cook at the same time. I would definitely have to say this house is what made our family trip amazing because it gave us a nice space to spend time with loved ones. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect space for small group

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. There were 4 couples & we had lots of space in the kitchen & living area to be together comfortably. Kitchen has anything you could need! We all had our own bathroom which was great. One bathroom is not off bedroom but downstairs. We didn’t realize this but it worked great for a little privacy. Theater room was a nice bonus. Definitely would stay here again.

Great experience!

My husband & I along with another couple stayed in this lovely home. I chose it because it has 2 master suites. We were only there for the weekend, so we didn't get to enjoy all the home has to offer (i.e., pool table, movie room-large screen & comfy chairs). The four of us visit Hendersonville at least once a year & we all agreed we will stay here again in the future! As a side note, checkout Flatrock Playhouse (a local live theater) when you visit - always a highlight of our trips to Hendersonville.

Wonderful house

This house was wonderful…. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you may need. Beds were comfy…. The media room was awesome… pool table was a plus too. Only negative was it’s close to the airport. So you do get some landing/ takeoff noise. Also get road noise from road by the house. But, these are negatives are overlooked since the whole housing rental experience was superior. I would gladly rent this house again … it’s awesome!! I’m glad we rented it … great time in Hendersonville / Asheville

Family Reunion

We were four couples and 2 teens visiting for a family reunion. The house was perfect! The game room/pool table was a hit. Also, loved the outside deck for afternoon hangout space. The home was beautiful and had everything (except body wash/soap and shampoo in the showers, so bring your own). Plenty of space. Also kitchen is well appointed with all appliances and dishes necessary. However there were no coffee filters (cone shape) nor keurig pods provided so bring your own. Otherwise the house is wonderful!

Family Weekend Getaway in Hendersonville

This is a lovely well built home in a pretty neighborhood. It was easy to find and had plenty of room for us 7 adults. The response from Alisha during our stay (property manager) was great and quick. We rent VRBO homes all the time in the NC and TN mountains and my family had these concerns to share: there was no main floor bathroom accessible without using one off of someone’s bedroom. We thought this was odd. We are sure there was a main floor bathroom but that it must have been one of the locked doors. We didn’t always feel comfortable going in someone’s bedroom or going upstairs. Second, not being able to access the back door by the garage was a problem since it is such a distance from the front door. This area was all locked too. Three, the internet/Wi-Fi was terrible and had ongoing buffering no matter which channel we were watching every 5 to 10 minutes even after resetting the router and it was very S.L.O.W. Fourth, the front porch steps: each step tilts downward on an angle and are tiled. On one step there is a metal strip making footing on that step uneven. These things were very difficult on my parents in their mid 80s. The steps were scary for them and for my brother in law too. Like I said, we rent VRBOs all the time in the mountains and never seen these things. If the homeowners could resolve these issues, it would be a much safer home and pleasureable experience.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We always appreciate feedback from our guests. There is not a main level bath located on the main floor not accessible except through a bedroom. The home does have a full bath not accessible through a bedroom on the lower level. The 3 locked doors that are located on the main floor are just supply closets. The entry into the home you can park right at & access on the sidewalk as a straight shot to the front door, instead of pulling all the way to the garage door. I apologize about the internet, we were having trouble, but that matter has now been resolved.
