Ext stay/corp Salty Flamingo 30 days + hi wifi pets ok util incl, long term

This review is misleading, as they represent the neighborhood as bad. It is not. It is safe but is older. We have a set of neighbors that do not have money to pay for an ac so they sit outside until 7pm. They are a quiet older black family who bother no one but I believe this is the reason forthe poor review. Home was clean, in good shape, has had 5 star review just prior to their stay. They were also upset that there were stray cats in the area, which I have no control over. The local shelters are full and I am not euthanizing stray cats. They are harmless, and do not act aggressively. This couple showed up hours early without asking if ok, which we still were doing some routine maintenance when they arrived. One was sick the entire time they were there. And I did notice many times one would walk their dogs late at night, so couldn't have been too bad there. I have lived at this home and know for a fact there isn't any issues there. They also forgot that I was kind enough to send their phone back to them, free of charge and mailed them their mail. Not sure what they were expecting but hope they are in better health and hope that is the reason for this bad review. We are 11 min to the beach, can walk to downtown, so no need for transportation if one doesn't want to drive. The local restaurants are fantastic. It's a shame this group didn't take the time know the area, especially as it is one of the fastest trendy areas here.
