The Retreat at Three Points is a modern-day farmhouse spacious enough to house large family gatherings while offering the amenities of home. Perfect for families or large groups looking to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of life. Enjoy outdoor lawn games, swimming in the in-ground pool or just relaxing in a pool chair. Plenty of space indoors or out.

There are four bedrooms, 3 of them with attached bathrooms. Large, kitchen with several seating areas complete with a farmhouse table fully stocked with everything needed for home cooked meals. 2 family rooms. Each with their own smart TV.

Large, family style home for up to 20 guests decorated with a mixture of the shabby, vintage, antiques and modern furnishings for a one-of-a-kind farmhouse experience.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and is decorated in shades of pink. There is a canopy with large floor pillows for a cozy spot for reading.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and a futon with and is decorated in shades of blue. There is an on-suite bathroom with bathtub only (no shower).

Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and a Day bed with 2 twin beds. Bathroom is connected and has a tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the main hallway.

Bedroom 4 has two full size bunk beds and an on-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The Den has two Queen sofa sleepers.

There is an in-ground pool located in the fenced backyard. Pool towels included.

This property is situated on 10 acres and is host to 6 other rental properties as well as a Chapel. There is a covered community space with a TV, picnic tables, grills, and a fire pit for guest to utilize.

Grand Saline is located approximately 5 miles from The Retreat. Attractions include East TX Zoo and Gator Park, Salt Palace, and Old School Museum. Restaurants: Peralta's, Richie's and Salt Lickers'.

Van is located approximately 7 miles away. Attractions include Oil and Historical Museum. Restaurants: The Farmhouse, The Dinner Bell, Milano Pizza, Subway and Taco Bell.

Mineola is located approximately 17 miles away. Attractions include Mineola Historical Museum, Nature Preserve, Iron Horse Square Park, Train Station and Museum and several antique stores. Restaurants: Cow Burner's BBQ and Taproom, The Jalapeno Tree, Kitchens Hardware and Deli, Val's Italian, and The LIne.

Canton is located approximately 15 miles away. Attractions include Splash Kingdom, Yesterland Farm, Cherry Creek Park, First Monday Trade Days, The Escape Room (at Silver Spur Resort). Restaurants: The Jalapeno Tree, The Kickin Mule, Val's Italian, Dairy Palace, Brother's Cafe, and The Q and Brew (at Silver Spur Resort).

Included with rental: all bed linens, towels, wash clothes and hand towels, hair dryers, sample toiletries, and pool towels.

Guest will be able to self-check in. Remaining stay balance will be billed upon arrival.
