As you enter into the home you will be met with a bright and airy open plan living area perfect for planning the days ahead with a flat screen TV and plush sofas to unwind and relax. The kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm where you can then us the 6 seater dining table for those more formal meals or a 4 seater breakfast bar for those more on the go days. For the Harry potter fans there is an amazing Harry potter themed living space. Moving on through the home there is an amazing games room featuring a shootout game and much more

Sleeping up to 10 guests, this home provides bedrooms across two floors with a king-sized master suite on the bottom floor with patio access. On the second floor, you will find an additional king-sized bedroom, a queen-sized suite, a Frozen themed bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a star wars themed bedroom. There is a family bathroom also located on the upper floor.

After a busy day in the parks you can relax in your own private pool and spill over spa perfect for splashing around with the kids or taking a relaxing swim. Soak up the Florida Sun on a sun lounger before dining el fresco on the two 4 seater outdoor dining tables

Encore Resort has an on-site waterpark with thrilling drops, chutes and twisting slides as well as pools and water jets. There are various on-location restaurants and bars, sports courts, a fitness center and kid’s area. You can also take advantage of the free shuttle service to Disney world and other close-by theme parks.

Disney trip with the grandkids
The property was beutiful and the location was perfect. The house was spacious and the kids bedrooms and gameroom were a hit. The pool and hottub were grest. We were a litte disappointed with the additional coast to heat the hottub and pool. The grounds and waterpark were awesome…much better than expected. There is a great basketball court, beach volley ball area and large soccer field. A little more generositu on TP and garbaege bags would have been apprecisted. Location to all of the Disney parks is great. Will definetly return or recommend!

Recent visit
Overall nice property and we enjoyed our stay. Two issues. The refrigerator was not working. The property manager had set an older, smaller refrigerator in the dining area. Problem is, no one told us when we checked in. It wasn’t until later in the day, after we had loaded the refrigerator that we figured out it wasn’t working. We were stuck our entire stay with the old smaller one. Road noise is horrible.

House was very clean, plenty of pool towels and bathroom towels. We had a few glitches, the washer didn’t work, witch they came and fixed, refrigerator didn’t , witch they brought in a different one, the castle mattresses are very hard and one of the capsule doors stuck. Once we got everything figure out we had a very nice vacation. The pool and resorts are wonderful. Yes I would go again.

Family House
Phenomenal house for the family to enjoy. Water park a short walk away and a pool outback. We really enjoyed it. We had a couple issues when we arrived. No cards for the Star Wars bed and no mattresses on the Princess bed. The cards for the boys bed were brought within 24 hours but no mattresses for the princess room. My granddaughter had to stay in another room. We couldn’t let her sleep on boards. Management was notified and they thought it was taken care of by maintenance but mattresses never came.

Great location
The house was wonderful! Very close to the pool and water slides. The princess bed needs mattresses. Kids didn’t seem to mind but feel like sleeping on wooden planks. Movie room is a waste of space. Other than that the house was perfect and location was amazing. Paid to heat the pool and was worth every cent. Pool and hot tub were very warm and great to have a couple of rainy days. Would definitely stay here again.
