The Tropicana

The Tropicana is a six-bedroom, six bathroom Orlando vacation home that’s located in the Encore Club at Reunion. This spacious property is just minutes away from the many popular Orlando attractions that include Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and much more!

This fabulous house has everything that you could want and more in a rental property.

Let’s start from the outside and work our way in. Your backyard is where you’ll find your private pool and Jacuzzi.

There are plenty of pool loungers so you and your guests can relax and soak up the Florida sun. If you’d rather read a book in a cool, shaded area; find a seat at the outdoor dining table on your covered lanai.

If it gets a little too hot outside, make your way inside to your spacious, air-conditioned home!

The first floor has a gorgeous open-concept main living area. It’s here you’ll find your kitchen, living and dining rooms. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a four-person breakfast bar.

The kitchen seamlessly transitions into the dining room which has a gorgeous dining table with eight elegantly cushioned chairs.

The living room is spacious and comfortable. There’s two comfortable couches facing a flat-screen TV for your viewing pleasure!

There are six bedrooms in this property and each bedroom is better than the next! The master bedroom has a gorgeous king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and large walk-in shower.

There’s a children’s themed bedroom with bunk beds, whose design and decor is inspired by Toy Story! All six bedrooms come with a flat-screen TV.

Pool and Spa heated is an additional extra charged at $40 per night plus taxes.

Guests at Encore, however, will also enjoy access to a number of exclusive extra amenities including a separate clubhouse, shuttle service, the Aquapark with its splash zone, tube slides and pool, as well as a restaurant and bar. A resort within a resort destination, Encore Club is perfect for the guests who want all of the benefits of a large resort, plus some exclusivity for quieter moments

We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary here. This house was very spacious. Plenty of room for our kids & grandkids.

Property met our needs. Pool alarm was a problematic. Went off in the middle of the night needed a new battery. Not enough toilet paper. For the price each bathroom should be stocked. Broken Fuseball table. Batteries in light/fan remotes need to be checked.

Perfect Disney Stay
My whole family stayed at this spacious house while visiting Disney. It was amazing! Enough room for us ALL, and a short 25 min ride to Disney attractions. It was a win/win!

Avoid Florida Premier Rentals Properties
The house layout was nice, except the carpet is stained and thin throughout and should be replaced. The host knew ahead of time that we had 5 adults and 2 children, and yet there were only 2 pool lounge chairs that were not broken. There was no excuse that replacement chairs could not be provided during our 10-day stay. The WIFI only worked intermittingly. My daughter spent more than $100 on data in order to have connectivity for work. No bath mats were provided, which made the bathroom floors slippery. Surround tile around the spa/pool was loose and came off, which made the area dangerous. Considering there was no guest using the house before our arrival, the batteries for the pool alarm should have been checked and replaced prior to our arrival; instead we had to tolerate being awoken after Midnight and wait until 1:00 AM to have the alarm problem resolved. The pool/spa had heating issues throughout the stay, which again, should not have occurred considering we paid $400 for heat. These continual annoyances affected our ability to relax and enjoy our vacation. We would give no stars if possible for this property and strongly recommend to future users that they avoid Florida Premier Rentals at all costs.

Large home and beautiful pool
The house is huge and beautifully decorated. We loved that every bedroom has its own or adjoining bathroom. The beds and pillows were super comfortable! The garage game room was a hit with the kids as was the beautiful pool. We paid extra to have it heated and it felt like bathwater so the kids stayed in for 7-8 hours straight (on non-Disney park days). The resort pool and play area were also really nice and the kiddos loved the kid area with not-so-scary water slides. Our 3-10-year-olds had a blast there and the adults enjoyed the big slides. There are fast food, souvenir shops, and restaurants 3-4 miles down the road, but traffic is super heavy during rush hour that it can take 30 minutes to get there or to drive home at the wrong time. There is a 7-11 close by so if you need something quick it's handy to stop at. We had a couple of maintenance requests and they came within a couple of hours to fix things and the men were very friendly. The carpet upstairs had some stains so it should be cleaned or possibly replaced. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider booking the same house again if we return.
